The Six Missing Parts

Waking Up

The Night Before -
These six sisters wanted to go shopping at the mall. They discussed it the night before. It was more of a discussion between Christina and Dani because Christina's the boss and Dani's the voice.

Amy was smiling the whole time excited to be spending a day with her sisters.

Katherine was thinking about which sister to pair with when shopping. She's a little taller than Dani but doesn't have the same taste in clothing.

Lisa didn't care because what's there to argue about? They're going shopping together.

Lauren was sitting listening because she knew she would agree with either idea. It's awesome having your best friend (Dani) and your birthday twin (Christina) being both sides of the argument, win win.

They all give up and decide to shop in a big group. This works out because they can pick out clothes that the others would like too so they could share.

Next Morning -
After waking up Christina and Dani started to wake up their sisters. Christina was a morning person so she had no trouble being up at 7 am. Dani not so much but she was too excited to shop to complain. Christina and Dani had the same approach to waking their siblings up, yelling. Christina's roommates, Kath and Amy, woke up quickly to Christina's command. Dani's roommates, Lauren and Lisa, are not morning people. She yelled and finally pushed Lauren off the bed and laid on top of Lisa jabbing her with her elbows. They got up after this ten minute process. Kath made pancakes and they got out of the house by 8:30.

Christina was driving and Kath was shotgun. Amy and Lisa were in the middle. Lauren and Dani were in the back.
"Buckle up." Christina said like a kindergarten teacher. They all rolled their eyes but buckled anyways because they knew it was safe. They were driving on a back road to get to the mall faster. This road was narrow and had two ditches on the side. A car crashed into them, not really hard but enough to make them fall into the ditch. The driver of the car got out to check on the girls. The car had rolled multiple times down the ditch. He called the paramedics and they soon came and got them. Luckily all of them seemed to be alive but none of them were conscious.

Lisa's POV
I wake up in a hospital room am I'm confused on why I'm here. I suddenly remember that I was in a car crash with my sisters.
I start to yell and a nurse walks and says, "They are all asleep."
A doctor comes in and walks up to me, "You better rest because of your injuries." He warns me.
I'm not hurt, "What injuries?" I ask.
"Your entire body is beaten up." He responds and I look down. I have a huge slash across on my stomach. I suddenly remember the window breaking. I have other cuts and bruises on my body but this one is the worst.
I point at my stomach, "Why can't I feel that?" The doctor frowns not wanting to break the news.
"Lisa you damaged your nervous system."
"What!"
"You won't be able to feel anything. You're lucky that you're not paralyzed." I slap and pinch myself and feel NOTHING.
The nurse comes in again and says, "Katherine is up if you want to see her."
I quickly respond, "Yes, please." I want to get out of this torturous bed. I also want to see if she's okay. I try to stand up but the doctor stops me and gets a wheel chair.
"You're going to have to get used to not being able to feel." I reluctantly sit in the wheelchair and the nurse wheels me to Katherine's room.

Katherine's POV
I wake up hoping the crash was a bad dream but I'm in a hospital bed. I sit up and Lisa comes in. But she's in a wheelchair!
Lisa has on a big grin on her face, "How are you?"
I feel fine besides being a little shaken up, "Surprisingly OK."
Lisa frowns, "What?" I ask Lisa seeing her sadness.
"The doctor told me some bad news." "Are our sisters okay?" I panic because I had completely forgotten about them.
"They're asleep."
"Then what's wrong?"
"Touch me." I delicately touch her scared to break her in any way.
Lisa starts crying, "I'm sorry Lisa, I didn't mean to hurt you." I apologize profusely.
"No Kath, I can't feel you." I look at Lisa and I'm very confused,
"What do you mean?" I put Lisa's hand in mine.
"I can't feel you, these tears, I can even feel the pain of my cuts and bruises." Her head falls on my legs. I can't feel her head.
I panic, "L-Lisa."
Lisa looks up panicked, "What?"
"I can't feel you." I try to move my legs. "I can't move my legs."
Lisa doesn't look that shocked, "He also told me you were paralyzed from the waist down." Before a full out sobbing session could start the nurse comes in. "Amy's up." Thank goodness at least three of us are up.

Amy's POV
I remember the feeling of being pinned under the car. I was so helpless and weak.
Lisa and Katherine are both wheeled into my room, "Amy are you okay?" Both of them ask me at the same time. "I'm fine."
I look at them, "But what happened to you two?"
Lisa and Katherine frown, "I'm paralyzed from the waist down." Katherine's explains. My eyes shoot wide open like a deer in headlights.
"I lost my sense of feeling."
"How?"
"The doctor said it had to do with a nerve."
"Okay."
Katherine and Lisa are still frowning, "What?" I am sick of hearing bad news.
"We want you to figure it out." Lisa responds.
"Figure out what?"
"What happened to you." Katherine answers. They keep staring at me and a strand of hair falls in my face.
I try to move it but my arms weren't working, "Guys."
"We know."
"I can't move my arms."
Again the nurse comes in to save the day, "Lauren's up."

Lauren's POV
I hate hospitals they are filled with bad news and bad smells. I woke up to see Katherine, Lisa, and Amy come in. It actually was a funny sight because Amy was the tallest. The fact that Lisa and Katherine were in wheelchairs wasn't.
They look very sad like on the verge of breaking and then I remember, "Did someone die." I ask. Their mouths move but I don't here anything. Am I seriously deaf? I don't know if I asked the question out loud but they nod. Wait, don't thrown a pity party something happened to them too. I signal to them and Kath has a pad of paper in her hand. They seriously knew I was deaf and those weren't the first words to come out of their mouths. My jaw drops after seeing Katherine's words. Her neat, beautiful writing bears horrible words.
I'm paralyzed from the waist down, Lisa's lost her sense of touch and Amy's paralyzed from the elbows down. They hand me the pad. I can speak but I think it's pointless since I can't hear what I'm saying anyways. What about Dani and Christina? I ask noting their absence. A nurse comes in and waves us to go to another room. We walk in and Dani's curled up into a ball and I run over to her.
I can feel her sobs, "It's okay." She shakes her head no. Okay so she can hear me. What's wrong?

Danis POV
I wake up and I'm thirsty so I call for a doctor. No words come out. NOTHING. I give up after a minute and start crying.
I feel someone sit next to me, "It's okay." Lauren tries to reassure me. I shake my head. She hasn't lost her voice. What does she know? I regret thinking that about a minute later. I get out of my ball and I see everyone but Christina. My brain is racing with questions. I remember the crash but what happened to all of us? I mean Lauren looks fine. Amy looks like some sort of robot because her arms are at a 90 degree angle. Both Lisa and Katherine are in wheelchairs. I haven't gotten up so Lauren comes next to me again. She explains all their conditions. Kath and Amy are paralyzed and Lisa can't feel. I look up to her last.
"I can't hear." What! Lauren and my things should be switched. I talk all the time and she listens.
I don't want to ask but I realize I have to, Am I mute? Lauren nods and I cry. We were just trying to spend time as a family. A nurse tells us that Christina's up. Well she tells all of us but Lauren. Lauren's hugging me because I was still crying and when I get up she's confused. I point to the nurse and she nods. She holds my hand as we walk into Christina's room and Christina screams.

Christina's POV
I'm in a land of darkness. I'm not sleeping because I can her voices and feel pain.
I scream and a voice, that I realize is Katherine, says, "It's okay Chris. I'm here, we're at the hospital."
I think and quickly ask, "Are the others okay?"
"Yes we are all alive." Alive that doesn't mean okay.
"What's wrong?" I ask not letting go of Katherine's hand.
Katherine starts, "I'm paralyzed waist down." "Oh no." "Please let us get through this." Lisa says. "I can't feel." Amy starts, "I'm paralyzed elbow down." There's a pause.
"What about Dani and Lauren."
Dani would by now be chatting my ear off and making jokes and Lauren would at least answer my question.
Lisa starts again, "Sorry they're here."
"Then why didn't they answer." "Lauren's deaf so she couldn't hear your question. Dani's mute so she couldn't answer."
"Our best listener and our loudest talker both lost their best sense."
"Yes." Katherine answers.
"And our leader is blind." I start to cry because it really hit me. "If we just didn't go."

Doctors POV
"Since none of you girls have severe internal injuries you can leave today. You guys need this medicine though first. I would normally call my patients by their last name but since they are all Cimorelli I can't. Christina yours is to help with headaches. Katherine yours is to help with back pain. Amy yours is to help your shoulder pain. Lisa yours is to heal your cuts and bruises. Remember to take it. Lauren yours is to help with headaches also and Dani yours is to heal your cuts on your sides."

These girls are lucky to be alive but will have a tough time overcoming this.
