Good News Kept

Lisa's POV

I smile for Amy, "Want to go tell Dauren the good news?" I ask Amy who has an even bigger smile on her face.

"Yeah!" She squeals rushing upstairs dragging me with her.

I laugh as we go into their room finding Dani and Lauren snuggling together on Dani's bed. Lauren hugging Dani From behind. The two stir as Lauren winces looking at us opening her eyes.

"Hi Laur. Hi Dan." Dani snuggles more into Lauren clearly not wanting to wake up.

I laugh a little more, "We'll leave you two to cuddle, but Amy has some exciting news for you two." Lauren closes her eyes again as Amy looks sad that she doesn't get to tell them.

"They are tired Amy. I don't want to pressure them at all. I already hit Lauren at the hospital and Dani is not my number one fan." She sighs but nods as we leave the room.

Amy's POV

I pout as I really wanted to tell Lauren and Dani that I could feel again. They can hear and talk again so I kind of wanted to brag to and be part of the feel better team. I know they don't really like Lisa right now. Not because they don't love her but because they are very protective of each other. 

Lauren basically stops anyone from ever even touching Dani and Dani gets mad of anyone even talks to Lauren.

"Ames, we will tell them after their nap. They need to get up in a bit to eat anyways." Lisa tried to encourage me and I nod slowly going back downstairs to where Katherine and Christina were.

Katherine's POV

"Christina stop moping." I order my older sister as she is sitting on the couch. I'm tired of her woe is me act. She is hiding it but it is draining from an empathetic person like me to be around.

"I'm not." She stubbornly responds and I sigh knowing she is. I can't step into her shoes of being blind but I also don't understand why she keeps putting her little sisters in danger.

"Tell me when you are going to stop feeling bad about yourself and start caring for your sisters." I leave before she can answer me, not wanting to hear any excuses.

She's hurt us.
