A woman with her messy brown hair tied up in a pony tail sat back in her seat with her feet on her work desk. She casually played with her long fringe that practically covered one of her eyes from other's view. The chewing noise filled the empty room as she continued to chew on the already tasteless chewing gum as the person on the phone continued to speak.
"Sure, I'll work on it.." she said in a rather bored tone. She put down the phone after the caller hung up and pushed her chair away from the desk using her leg. The wheels of the chair dragged along the tiled floor until she reached the door. She turned and stoop up, exiting her office.
She went down the hallway where some officers in uniforms bowed at her in respect. Finally, she reached an office door. Well, it wasn't much since it used to be a broom closet. She opened the door without permission and revealed a boy typing away on his keyboard like it was on fire.
"Oi, I need a background check.."
"I'm not done with these codings yet.." the messy brown haired boy said, not taking his eyes off the computer screen.
The woman smirked. She took a seat on the chair next to him and leaned in to his ears. She whispered with deliberate slurs, "Get the codings and the background checks done today and you know.. The latest game release of KR Games is right there in my office drawer."
His eyes widened. That game haven't been officially released yet!
"Deal." Well, that was easy.
"Thanks, kiddo.." With that, she left a paper on the pile of food wrappers on his desk before leaving. "See you later, Jin."
After she closed the door, Jin sighed and stretched.
"What does that hag Mirai want this time?" He took the paper and looked rather uninterested at the names and simple profiles. "Takiya Izumi, Kise Ryouta and.."

Headlights passed by one after another. Hundreds of lights from the tall buildings scattered out against the dark sky as if they were stars. As Hokuto was driving, she somehow noticed the twinkle in Megumi's eyes. That twinkle she has when she sees something beautiful. It was quite similar to how she looks at the mountain forest.
It was Saturday and their next match was on Monday so, they had to stay a day longer in the city since returning to the village would take too much time. They couldn't afford a few more nights at the hotel but, thankfully.. Souma knew a place.
"It's nice to be out here in the city every once in a while, huh?" Hokuto spoke up when they passed by a huge building with it's signboards lighted with colourful lights. Megumi flinched, realising that she was leaning close to the car window to stare at practically everything.
"Yes, I suppose.." She said, feeling rather embarassed so she sat back properly into her seat.
Hokuto smiled but didn't take her eyes off the road. From the mirror, she could see the boys sleeping. Only five of them were there. The other five were with Souma up front. Thankfully, the cars they rented were enough to fit these giants.
Suddenly, a flash of light came from the front as a car from behind over took them. But, it was close. The car heading the other direction. Hokuto was in shock. What the..
Megumi froze, images swimmed in her eyes. A sudden surge of pain gripped her chest.
'Oka-san..'
Multiple car horns resonated. The car that over took them managed to slip in front of them just in time before colliding with the ones going towards the opposite direction.
