I land in the Station... or whatever the heck the Tomorrow People call it. I'm not in the mood to care.
Changing back into my normal self, i quickly walk down the steps in tears, not caring that everyone in the room is staring at me by now.
Steven spots me across the room and starts to make his way over. "Lyric what happ-" I push by him, tears spilling everywhere now, not answering.
I burst into the office and curl up on the couch, sobbing.
"Are you okay, Lyric?" the mechanical voice asks. "I'm fine, TIM." I snap. "It doesnt look like-" I cut him off. "Just leave me alone." I almost-yell.
5 minutes later, I'm still curled up in the same position, spilling out tears when Steven bursts in.
"Oh my gosh, Lyric... what happened?" he asks. "I...I ...I" I start but I burst into another fit of hysterical sobbing.
"Shhh... shhh.... its okay... just tell me. We'll fix this." he comforts. "I... I couldnt save him... he told me to go so...so i ju-just went. He... Its all my fault..." i sob.
"Shhh... itll be okay. Whats all your fault?" he gently prods.
"They took h-him... Steven... ULTRA took him and its all my ffault.... I shouldn't have left him... I'm a terrible person...." and with that, i sob even harder, uttering insults at myself.
"Shhhh.... its okay. Everything will be okay." he comforts, sitting on the couch and pulling me into him, me sobbing in his arms.
He strokes my hair softly, gently, comforting me with soft words as I sob.
After awhile, I tire myself out and begin to slowly fall into a deep sleep in his arms.
Looking back, I think that momemt was when I first started to fall for him.
