BAC TO EACH OTHER ARMS

Phone Ringing . . . .

I suddenly felt a severe headache when i slowly open my eyes when i heard a phone ringing.

Damn. Who the hell is calling me this early.

I don’t have a choice but to slowly get up and find that phone. Kahit parang binibiyak ang ulo ko sa sakit.

“Hello.”

“Lance. Hi. Good afternoon.”

“Oh, Brenda. What’s the matter?”

“Nothing Lance, i just called because i wanted to invite you for lunch. But looks like you only get up from your deep sleep.”

I was about to fully get up from my bed. When i notice i am naked. And my clothes is everywhere. I decide to get the undies i saw on the floor and wear it to rush to the bathroom. And atleast wash my face.

“Sorry Brenda. I was so drunk last night. I think i can’t go with you today. Maybe some other time.”

Narinig ko naman ang buntong hininga ni Brenda ng sabihin ko yun. I can also feel that she is irritated from rejecting her invitation.

“Okay Fine. But promise me, you will treat me some dinner tomorrow.”

“Yes. I will.”

“Okay. Bye then.”

When she cut off that call. Agad akong nagshower. Dala narin siguro ng hangover ay napagdesisyon kong magbabad sa shower.

While i was on my shower. I was trying to think kung paano ako nakauwi. I can’t even remember anything. Basta ang naaalala ko lang i think i saw Ally last night at the club.

But thats all i can remember. And especially the three bottles of brandy. Thats why i am so wasted like this.

Nang matapos akong maligo i rush to my closet to find something to wear. Then suddenly something caught my attention.

A bra on the floor...

Mabilis kong kinuha ang bra na iyon. At pinakatitigan. Nang biglang kinabahan ako. I know it was ordinary for me to see girls underwear left in a room. But, not in my room. Not in this room.

Then i rush to take off the blanket that cover my bed. Nanlaki ang mata ko ng makitang may stain ang bed. Its a blood stain.

It means i bring a girl here last night. And she's a virgin.

“Fuck. What did i done.”

I run to the bathroom to grab my phone i left beside the sink. Then look up who did i call last night. Or who did called me.

I become more nervous when i see how many missed calls i get from Brenda. Tommy, Nikko. Pero mas kinabahan ako ng makitang tinawagan ko si Ally.

Then i nervously run a check to who answer my call last night. Aside from Nikko. I am shocked when i saw a familiar name on my received calls.

She answered my call.

Bigla akong napatingin sa blood stain na nasa kama. At hindi ko alam kung bakit nakaramdaman ako ng mas malaking kaba.
