I've decided to write one of these for each side so like
Roman is trans in this one (and they all know) because I'm suffering so I'm venting in this just-shh go with it

Roman had been distant over the last few days. The others had noticed it, and were beginning to feel concerned. He didn't talk as much, and that was definitely not normal for Roman. Patton had suggested that they talk to him about it, to see if something was really wrong. Virgil was, of course, worried about it, and Logan wasn't sure he would be much help if it was feelings related, but they agreed that they needed to be there for their boyfriend.

That's where the three were now, showing up in the royals room after sinking down. When they saw him, lying in bed under his blankets with red puffy eyes from crying they immediately began to worry. Patton was the first to rush to his side, throwing his arms around him in a hug. Virgil was soon after him, pulling Logan over with him.

"Hey, Roman, what's the matter? Are you hurt? Sad?" Patton interrogated, pulling back from the hug to look him over for injury.

"I am not injured, Patton," Roman assured him, laughing weakly through his tears. "Please, don't worry. I'm fine."

"You're crying." Logan deadpanned, looking down at him. "That usually is a sign that someone is not fine."

"Yes, but, well, it is... very silly." Roman looked away from them, frowning and trying to hide more tears that fell. He drew in a shaky breath in a futile attempt to calm down, and Patton held him tighter.

"Your feelings aren't silly," Virgil assured him, frowning and standing awkward behind Patton, who turned to look at him the same time Roman did. "If something is upsetting you, then it isn't silly or stupid. You're important, and your health and happiness is important to all of us."

"Yeah!" Patton agreed, turning to look at Roman again. "You mean the world to us, we wanna be here for you Roman. What's wrong?"

Roman stayed silent for a few minutes, not wanting to say anything. While he was silent Logan noticed that he had his heating pad out, as well as some pain medicine on his bedside table.

"You did say you were not hurt, but is something else bothering you? Stomach cramps, perhaps?" He asked, gesturing towards what he had noticed. Virgil and Patton looked as well, suddenly realizing what was going on.

"Is that what's bothering you, Roman?" Patton asked, frowning. Roman nodded slowly, sighing and wiping at his eyes again.

"Yeah." He muttered. "And because of... all that, I've been really emotional over stupid things. That's why I don't want to talk about it. I know I'm just being... stupid."

"That doesn't make anything you're feeling any less real or important! You're still allowed to express your feelings, no matter what they're cause by, Roman." Patton smiled sweetly at him, hugging him close again and kissing his cheek.

"Yeah, and if you feel like that makes you any less of a dude then you're wrong. I promise, you're still our incredibly handsome boyfriend. You shouldn't have to worry about that." Virgil mentioned, face red after complimenting him. Roman couldn't help but smile at them.

"Thank you, guys." He sighed again, hugging Patton back and beckoning the others over. "You've already made me feel a lot better. For now, can we just... sit here together and cuddle and talk?"

"Of course!" Patton grinned, moving to make room on the bed for everyone. They all sat around Roman, touching him in some way to reassure him they cared and that they were there for him, talking and laughing and enjoying their time spent together.
