Haunted House (Logic x Anxiety x Morality x Prince)

"I'm so excited!" Patton grinned brightly, swinging his arms. He was holding onto Logan and Virgil's hands, Roman on the other side of Logan holding his hand. The four of them were going through a haunted house together, as Halloween was soon and it sounded like fun. "It's so much fun spending time with you guys!"

"I am excited as well." Roman smiled, looking over at the other three. He looked specifically at Patton and Virgil at his next sentence. "If any of you get scared, don't worry. I shall protect you!"

"Please," Virgil scoffed. "I bet you'll be the most scared of all of us."

"Yeah, right." Roman shook his head, smirking. "I am much braver than the rest of you."

"That does not mean you have no fear at all." Logan pointed out as they approached the house. "It is possible for you to be scared as well."

"I won't get scared!" Roman huffed, frowning. "Lets just go already."

Once the four of them made it inside and started to wander around, everything seemed fine. It wasn't too scary, the decorations did make things feel a little creepy, but it wasn't too bad. Then, someone jumped out at the four of them.

Immediately there was a loud shriek of fear, and the one who screamed jumped to hide behind the others. Virgil snickered as he turned around to face Roman, who still hid behind them as the person who scared them disappeared again to scare whoever came in behind them. "Much braver than all of us, huh?"

"Oh, shut up!" Roman frowned, standing up straight again and fixing his appearance. He walked back ahead of the bunch, turning to face them. "It was just startling! I was distracted, that's why it scared me so much. You can't tell me it didn't surprise you even a little bit."

"No, it was not surprising at all." Logan spoke for the rest of them. "We are in a "haunted" house. Obviously jump scares are going to happen."

Roman frowned more, shaking his head and mumbling a 'whatever'. He continued to walk on with the others close behind him. When there was yet another jump scare, there was another scream from Roman. He hid behind the other three again, all of them stopping and checking on him.

"Roman, it was only a person who works here." Logan tried to reassure him with logic, and Patton nodded along.

"Yeah! No one here is gonna hurt you! You're safe, Roman." Patton held his hand in both of his, smiling at him.

"Yeah, and like you said before about protecting us, we're here to protect you too." Virgil said, shrugging. "That's what boyfriends are for, right?"

Roman looked at the three of them. Virgil looked worried about him, and Logan did too despite it being more subtle. Patton was still smiling at him, and he hesitantly smiled back.

"Right, okay. Thank you guys..." he looked down at Patton's hands holding his, and then held his other hand out to Virgil. "Lets all stick close together, then."

Virgil nodded and took his hand, Patton taking a hold of Logan's as they continued on. The next time something jumped out at the four of them Roman didn't scream, although he did flinch back. All seemed to be going well, and the four of them were enjoying their time together. Until, once again, there was a scare and someone screamed.
