I walked into work with my head held high. Being my normal smiley self. I went into my office put my bags down and got straight into work. Sorting through papers and stuff on the computer.
'Happy Valentines daaaaay!!!' stacey one of the girls i worked with said as she walked into the office.
'happy valentines day to you too babe' i laughed.
'Any love letters?'
I looked at her and frowned. 'You seriously asking? Of course
i didn't, too single for that right now' i winked. 'What about
Ty, get you anything nice?'
'Er it's Ty, he thinks valentines day is shit. He always says you don't need a day to show someone how much you love them..." She moaned. "He
brought me a card with a dog on in, looked like it came from
the 99p shop.'
'It's men for you stace, no emotions at all, i swear'
That morning at work flew by quick, i was soo busy with phone
calls and that.
Just as i was flicking through some files in my draw my phone
went off.
'Aston'
[Haaaappy Valentinesss daay. Love ?xxx]
I looked at the text and smiled.
Aston was my bestfriend. Yes the Merrygold in JLS.
Met him when him and the boys auditioned for the X Factor, i was
helping out backstage and we just kind of clicked. Been friends
ever since.

[Whatever! I still got yaaaa ; p. Right babe, be ready for
8 tonight. Dinner at the mayfair. Something for us singles to
do instead of sitting around moaning about not being with
anyone, okay? Axxx]
