Chapter 71

"She's still asleep so try being silent, which i know is hard for all you," I heard Justin say to some people. I hear movement around the room and then Layla and Cara both shout  AWWWW in unison making Justin shush them.

"Sorry, but they are soooo darn cute... Let me hold one," Layla says excitedly. I open my eyes and everyones in the room surrounding the babies. I smile as i watch Layla rock Cassidy in her arms and Cara smile down on Colton in hers.

"You know, you guys are bad at this whole silent thing," i joke as everyone smiles my way.

"So how's the new momma feeling?" Kyle jokes as he lays across my feet. I shrug as everyone moves over toward me.

"It was probably the worse pain i have ever been in in my whole life... I blame Justin," i tease looking at his shocked face.

"How was it my fault?" he asked.

"Dude, you knocked your girl up, totally your own fault," Zack jokes slapping his back. Justin glares at him.

"Hey, you knocked Layla up too," He says back making Rylee speak.

"Alright, can we not talk about how my little sister is knocked up and how my basic second sister is now a mom...You tools are both at fault here. There is this thing called protection, you should try it," he says looking at them.

"Hey we use it," Andrew says making Cara blush. Andrew laughs and kisses her cheek looking at Colton.

"Jess, they are seriously so cute.... like ugh i can't even right now," she says handing Cassidy to Spencer. I smile as Justin sits next to me.

"Knock knock, grandparents coming through," Mrs. Stevenson says as her and her husband walk over with gift bags and smiles. 

"Mom, i told you to come later when she was more rested," Layla complained as she rubs her stomach. Her dad smiles at me.

"How you feeling sweet heart?" he asked me. I smile and look at my babies.

"Better than ever actually," i say as Colton gets passed to Mrs. Stevenson and she goes into mother mood rocking him and whispering to him.  I smile at all the people around me, i am going to be okay.

(Skipping to a day later)

We arrived home today and i felt more relaxed being in a place i knew. I carried Cassidy in while Justin carried Colton in and we went to the living room with them. We placed both baby carriers next to each other and smiled. Justin wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me to him as he rested his chin on my shoulder.

"We did good," he whispers as we watch the babies look around at their new home. I smile and sigh.

"We did. I was worried, and you owe me," i say turning in his arms so we are face to face. He looks at me amused.

"Owe you for what?" He says with a smirk. I smack his arm playfully.

"Putting me through that pain, do you have any idea how much pain i was in!" i shout at him trying not to smile as he smiles at me.

"But it was worth it wasn't it. We got to healthy, beautiful kids out of it," he says making me smile a little. He kisses my nose just as Colton starts to cry.

"Aw baby boy don't cry," i say as i quickly lift him into my arms and craddle him and he stops crying.

"Oh hey is gonna be a momma's boy big time," Justin teases as he carefully lifts Cassidy into his arms and kisses her tiny hand as she wraps it around his finger.

"Please, Cass is going tohave you wrapped around her little finger when she grows up, talk about Daddie's little princess," I joke at him making him laugh. He leans over and kisses Coltons head making him giggle.

"Coltons going to so be a football player, a ladies man, and smart....While Cassidy is going to most likely be a cheerleader or sports freak, ten times prettier than all the other girls, takes after her mother," he says looking at me with a smile. I smile at him and look at Colton.

"Well, Colton for sure got his daddies good looks, he is going to be a heart breaker," i tease making Justin laugh again.

"The perfect family," he says as the door bell rings. I sigh and move Colton in my arms so that i could walk. I open the front door and Pattie walks in.

"Well, how are things going?" she says as Jazzy and Jaxon run past and into the house. I close the door and follow Pattie over to Justin where she takes Cassidy into her arms.

"Mom, we have been home for ten minutes tops, what are you doing here?" he asked as he hugs Jaxona nd Jazzy.

"Oh i thought you two could use a night out, you know since you've been stuck in the hospital all weekend," she says rocking Cass.

"No, we want to be home with the babies. Alone time, since everyone at the hospital, including you, had them the whole time... Maybe next weekend, but thanks for the offer," Justin says making Pattie frown a little. 

"Jess, can we stay, pweese!" Jazzy asked in a cute little voice. I look at Justin and he shakes his head. I know he wants to have time with the twins.

"Sorry baby, but we need to take care of the babies... But tomorrow you can come see them and have lunch with us, how does that sound?" I ask as she thinks a little while.

"Okay!!!" she says as Pattie leaves with the kids.

"Sorry, she is just excited to be a grandma, and Jazzy and Jaxon love babies," he says rocking Cassidy once again. I laugh and we go up to the nursery.

"This is your room guys, what do you think?" i whisper to the babies as we walk in. Colton squeals and Cassidy just looks around. I smile and place Colton in his crib while Justin does the same to Cassidy. They both fall alseep without a problem, which i was thankful for. I need some rest, it's been a long weekend.
