Chapter 79

Lexi jumps at the guy just as he pulls out a knife, she tackles him and the knife falls somewhere in the gass as Lexi is dragging him around by one arm. The other guys all go after the dog but Justin and Zack and the boys step in. Soon a huge fight breaks out, we are out numbered since Peter, jarod and spencer aren't with us today.

"Rylee, get the girls and kids out of here," Someone in the mess shouts. Rylee picks up cassidy as i pick up Colton and Layla grabs Molly. Cara leads the way to unlock the car, i was trailing behind because colton was getting big and heavy. Before i even reached over the top of the hill someone grabbed my arm making me stop.

"You're not going anywhere," the guy known as Martinez says pulling me closer. I stay calm so that i don't freak Colton out and face the guy. He has a nasty old scar across his face that looks like it goes from his right eye all the way down to his wrist. What could have done that?

"On second throught maybe we don't need the babies anymore," he says taking colton from my arms, which i can't stop him because he has a gun pointed at me. I still stay calm as he holds Colton on one hip and looks at him.

"Please..He is just a baby...Take me, you can have me but leave him alone," i beg him making him smile and set Colton on the ground.

"Seems like a fair trade, Justin would be devested in anything happened to his girlfriend," he says pulling me along to an old car. He shoves me in and drives leaving the fight to go on back at the park.

JUSTIN'S POV

Everything happened so fast, Lexi jumped at the guy and a fight broke out, we were clearly out numbered but our group can handle it. I lost track of s few people, then i see Jess with Colton on the hill, and Martinez with a gun. I couldn't get to them no matter how hard i tried but i kept my eye on them. I watched as he took colton from her arms like it was nothing, but Jess stayed calm, good girl. Then he surprised me when he set Colton down and took her. 

"Zack he has Jessica," i sayy as i punch a guy, knocking him out cold before turning and pulling a guy off Andrew. The fight soon died down and the gang ran off leaving us in a mess. I helped Andrew up while Zack was being helped up by Kyle.

"They have Jess," Cara said running back down to us freaking out with Colton in her arms. I look through our stuff, Jess isn't dumb she knew what she was doing. She has her phone on her, there's a tracker in it, smart girl.

"Kyle, you can still hack things right?" i asked as i took Colton from Cara and made sure he was alright.

"Well yeah, but you said to only do it if it is an emergancy," he says making us all look at him like he is stupid.

"Track Jessica's phone and find out where the hell they have her... I want everyone to gear up, these guys just started something they never should have," I say as we all walk back to our cars. 

"Wait, where's Lexi?" Andrew said as we all look around.

"LEXI!" i shout as she comes slowly walking toward us from around the hill. I hand Colton back to Cara and met Lexi half way, her shoulder was bleeding which means she got stabbed at least once.

"Hang in there girl," I say as i pick her up and carry her to the car. She wasn't hurt bad, but still to make sure i wrapped her up. 

When we got to the house Layla and Cara took the kids to the safe room, which is a secret room i built in the basement incase anything like this was to ever happen. Stadning behind Kyle as he typed away on his computer was nerve wreaking for me, my girlfriend who has been through hell and back now has to deal with my shitty past.

"I got something," Kyle says as he pulls up a map with a tiny green dot on it.

"Where are they going?" i ask as the dot moves. Kyle types some more and pulls up the map closer.

"Looks like some old building out on the edge of town," he says pulling up the address. I look at it and right away i know where they are.

"Tell the boys to meet me there," i shout as i head toward the car.

"Wait for them, you can't go alone," Kyle tries to shout but i keep going, i was not going down without a fight.

JESSICA'S POV

We weren't in the carvery long before he was pulling me out again. He pushed me along into an old building that looked like it could fall apart any minute.

"How did Justin find a girl like yourself anyways darling?" he asked as he goes through the maze of hallways and rooms. I trip a few times and can feel a bruise forming from his grip on my arm.

"None of your business," i snap back at him making him pin me to the wall.

"Don't get snappy princess because i can wreck your world in minutes," he says making me mad, now he is threatening me.

"What did Justin ever do to make you so mad. leaving the gang did not make you mad, so what did?" i question making him laugh. He points to his scar.

"The kid has balls.....no one leaves a gang, once your in it's for life, you leave you get killed. Only your boyfriend fights back harder than others and got old gang members to help him out... I am just returning the favor," he says as he hits me making me fall and black out.

I wake up a little later to the smell of smoke. I caugh as i push myself of the old dirty floor and look out the window. I was on the thrid floor and there were flame coming from the bottom of the house. the heat was rising fast and i ran to the door. It opened into the maze of hallways and doors. No way was i getting out from the first floor. I ran down the halls toward what i thought was the stairs only the floor caved in and i was hanging above the flames. I screamed held on for dear life, finally i got my strength and pulled myself back to the floor and limped to the next room. When i fell an old nail cut my leg open pretty bad. By now it was burning up and my lungs were being filled with smoke. I made one last attempt, the next door i opened had stairs going up, my last hope was the roof. I climbed up the flight of stairs and broke the old falling down door on the top, i limped to the edge, there was no way i would survive jumping ontot hte ground.

"JESSICA!" i heard Justin shout as he got out of his car and ran over. I looked around as the flames made it to the roof. I ran to the other side of the roof and looked down, there was a river. Justin saw it too, he wan over to it and looked.

"It's flowing to fast," he says more to himself but i heard. It was my only hope, jump and drown because i can't swim or burn to death. I took one last deep breath and jumped before i second guess myself...
