YoosungxReader ~Halloween Special~

From the other side of the couch, I watched Yoosung as he fell for one of Seven's pranks again, for about the hundredth time today. Jaehee told me a few days ago that every year on Halloween, Seven and Zen always prank Yoosung until he is pretty much in tears.

Yoosung stared intensely at his phone. Every now and then, a sudden expression of sadness appears across my boyfriend's face. I walk over to Yoosung and sit next to him. I read the incoming chat-bubbles and realize that both Seven and Zen are saying that all hospitals, for animals, in the world will be shutting down in a few hours.

After I heard Yoosung start to cry, I took his phone and logged off of the chatroom. I placed the phone on the coffee table, before bringing Yoosung into my arms. Yoosung suddenly started to burst out in tears, saying he should have been working harder when he initially got into college for this to have been avoided.

"Yoosung. Calm down. The hospitals aren't closing. Seven and Zen were just pranking you." I said, trying to comfort my boyfriend.

"What?" Yoosung said, his tears stopped.

"They were pranking you." I repeated.

Yoosung looked down to the floor, avoiding my eye contact. He stayed silent for a few seconds.

"I'm sorry Y/n. You deserve someone better than me." Yoosung apologized.

"Hey, don't say that. I love you for the way you are, Yoosung. Why don't we make some Halloween themed cookies?" I asked. "Baking should get things off your mind."

Yoosung looked up from the floor and nodded his head with a smile.

I sat at the kitchen table as Yoosung brought over a tray of cooled off cookies. He placed them in the middle of the table, and we both got to work.

Yoosung and I decorated all cookies with happy spiders, ghosts, and bats. In the middle of decorating, Yoosung started naming the cookies, so I named a few as well. We decided we would give the ones we named to the RFA member it was named after them, as well as a few more.

It took a while, but we soon finished the first batch. Yoosung went over to get the second batch, while I put all the decorated cookies off to the side.

Yoosung came out with the second batch of cookies. We decided to decorate these cookies with pumpkins, skeletons, and zombies. We also named a few of those cookies after some of our favored family members as well.

Finally, we finished decorating all of the cookies, and we decided to look at all of the work we did. Of course the decorating didn't look like it was done by a professional, but it was completed with love.

"We did a good job." Yoosung said, as we finished cleaning up the huge mess we made.

"Yup. I agree." I smiled.

We were both covered in icing and cookie ingredients, but Yoosung still pulled me close and into an embrace. I rested my head on Yoosung's shoulder and closed my eyes, exhausted.

"Tired." Yoosung asked.

"More than tired." I answered. "You?"

"Yeah. Let's get cleaned up and head to bed. Okay?" Yoosung replied.

"Okay. I love you, Yoosung." I said, picking my head up and kissing Yoosung's cheek. "Happy Halloween."

"Love you too, Y/n. Happy Halloween."
