SaeranxReader ~Holiday Special~

Your POV:

My hastened pace slows just as I reach the doors that lead into the RFA party hall. This will be my first RFA Fundraising Party for the holidays, and I am late due to the horrible traffic that I came upon while trying to get here. I take a deep breath, attempting to calm my nervousness. I grip the small gift bag that holds the present I will be giving to my crush. Straightening my clothes out, I put on a genuine smile and walk inside of the party hall.

After getting inside of the party hall, I look around for the younger Choi twin, Saeran. It takes a few seconds before I spot him sitting at the table reserved for the members of RFA, alone. I frown, knowing he doesn't feel one-hundred percent comfortable around others. I take a deep breath and walk over to the table where Saeran is sitting.

Just as I'm about to reach the table, Saeran looks at me and lets out the slightest sign of a smile. I sit down in the chair that stands right next to the one Saeran is sitting in.

"Happy holidays, Saeran. For you." I smile, holding out the gift bag.

"Happy holidays, Y/n." Saeran replies in a voice that is barely audible, but I can still hear him.

Saeran hesitantly takes the gift with a surprised look on his face. It's difficult to keep the smile on my face, knowing what Saeran has been through all his life, but I pull through and keep on a happy smile.

Saeran slowly takes out the tissue paper and gently places it on the table. He reaches inside the bag and pulls out my gift for him. A $25 gift card to his favorite ice cream place.

I watch Saeran as he studies the card. Seconds later, a genuine smile forms on Saeran's face, as he turns to me.

"Thank you, Y/n. I really appreciate it." Saeran says in his normal voice, not in a whisper.

"Your welcome, Saeran. I would have given you actual ice cream, but that would have been difficult." I reply with a small laugh.

Saeran laughs in a small tone, just like I did, as well.

"Here. This is for you." Saeran smiles, as he hands me a small box with wrapping paper around it after getting it from his coat that hung from the back of his chair.

"Oh. Thank you." I say with a smile of gratitude.

I tear off the wrapping paper that surrounded the box and put it on the table, just like Saeran did with my gift. I opened the box and inside was a note.

'Y/n, I'm so thankful for all that you have done for me. After you and my brother saved me from that place. My life has been so much better with you in it. You have spent so much time with me, and I have enjoyed every second that you do. You have helped me through so much. I've never felt like this about any other person, so I'm quite new to this. I can't keep this feeling to myself anymore. Y/n. I love you and everything about you. From, Saeran'

As I read the note, I feel my face growing more and more red. I lifted up the note card, and underneath there was a bracelet that had both of our names on it. I smile at the note and the bracelet.

"Thank you, Saeran." I say, pausing for a second, and I look up at Saeran. "I'm in love with you too."

Saeran smiles at me, and his face turns red. He reaches over and lifts the bracelet out of the box, putting it on me as I held out my wrist.

"Will you be my girlfriend, Y/n?" Saeran asks, looking back at me.

"Of course!" I happily answer.

Saeran stands up and holds out a hand for me to take. I rest my hand in his, as he guide me to stand up. I gently wrap my arms around my boyfriend, as he does the same.

"I love you, Saeran." I whisper.

"I love you too, Y/n." Saeran whispers back.
