It's early in the morning and I just got a text from Zen, saying his plane just landed. Three days ago, he had to go to another country for an audition. He desperately wanted the role the producers were offering, but left the decision up to me. I smiled and told him to go audition. He promised to be back by today because it's Valentine's Day. I smiled excitedly and gathered my things before leaving to go to the airport, which wasn't very far away.

I look around the airport at the gate Zen told me he was at, but I couldn't find him. I continued to look around, hoping I couldn't find him because it was very early in the morning.

Suddenly, I felt strong arms make their way around my waist. I gasp and turn around, only to find Zen hugging me. Immediately hugging him back, I smile at the sight of my loving boyfriend.

"Zen, I'm so glad you're-" I start to say, but was cut off by Zen pulling me into a kiss.

I kiss him back, not caring if everyone in the airport was looking at us or not. The kiss was short but sweet.

"Y/n, I missed you so much. I'm sorry I put a role before you, please forgive me." Zen said. I smiled at him.

"No, it's fine. I know how much you wanted that role. There's no need for you to be sorry." I smiled.

"You're the best girlfriend ever. Happy Valentine's Day, babe." Zen smiles back.

"Happy Valentine's Day, Zen." I say. "Let's get back home. I'm really tired, but I assume you aren't since you probably slept on the plane."

"I'm tired too. There was a baby on the plane that cried the whole way home, so I wasn't able to fall asleep. Plus, I was too excited to see you again." Zen said.

"Here, Y/n. I made breakfast for you." Zen said as he brought over a plate full of heart shaped pancakes. I smiled at his sweet act.

"Thank you." I say and start to eat. "What do you want to do today, Zen? It is Valentine's Day, after all."

"It's up to you. I don't really mind, just as long as we are together." He smiled.

"Well, you just got back from a trip, so we can stay here if you like and go out for dinner later." I suggest.

"I'm not that tired from the small trip I took. We should go to the movie theater to watch a movie later on. Then we can go out for dinner, my treat." He says as I nod in agreement.

"So, that means we can cuddle for now? I'm still a little tired." I ask. Zen nods and sits right next to me, as I finish the last few pieces of pancake that were on my plate.

"Here we are." Zen says with a smile as we walk into the movie theater.

I look around to find that there weren't many people around. We walk to the concession stand to get snacks and drinks before the movie started. No one was in line, so we quickly bought popcorn for the both of use to eat and two medium size drinks. Zen and I then walk into the theater, where the movie we were going to see was showing.

The movie we were going to see didn't start for another 10 minutes, so Zen started to talk about the trip he took and how much he missed being with me.

The movies ending credits just started to play as Zen leaned over and kissed my cheek.

"I love you Y/n. Happy Valentine's Day." He whispered.

"I love you too, Zen. Happy Valentine's Day." I whispered back as I turn to face him. He smiled and kissed my lips, as I immediately kiss the love of my life back.
