I wasn't sure what face I was making because I was too concentrated on trying to convince myself that there was no reason to begin panicking just yet. Call me crazy, but I didn't love having my way out of a building filled with dark magic and strange hunters blocked off.
"You can't leave." Cas continued, looking like he was still looking for the rest of his words.
"I can, y'know...if you moved out of the way."
"No..." Cas said, too obviously looking for a lie. I patiently waited for him to make one up.
"It's not safe and you should...stay here...because of...reasons."
I crossed my arms, furrowed my eyebrows and put a finger to my chin like a scientist studying a zoo animal. "Now, are there any alarms that are going off in your head right now? Since, you know, you're an angel and you're lying and lying is a sin and you're not supposed to sin?"
He pulled his eyebrows together and turned to Sam and Dean for help but they only shrugged apologetically.
"You could totally tell that you were lying," Sam finally nodded, agreeing with me.
"Awful liar. Awful." Dean confirmed. Cas gave them a flat look and sighed before turning to me again.
"You should stay here, Eliza. The bunker has many extra rooms and I am sure Sam and Dean would not mind lending you one." Dean was glaring at Cas, telepathically screaming at him to shut up.
On one hand, bunkers were very safe and never let anything else. On the other hand, they hardly let anything out either.
I raised my eyebrows. "Um...that's okay, Angel. I could manage. Um...thank you? I guess. But I'm going to leave."
"Yeah, Cas." Dean emphasized the Cas. "She wants to leave,."
Cas stepped forward, a determined look on his face. "I can't let you do that."
I let out a small laugh. "Well that's fine because I'm not waiting for you to let me do anything." I shuffled trying to find a way around him but he stood firmly.
"You're tired. You need a place to rest tonight." Cas finally turned to glare back at Dean and after a few seconds Dean dramatically rolled his eyes and gave in.
"Please," Dean mumbled."Stay, we insist." He was just as enthusiastic about this sleepover as I was.
Sam's watch went off. He checked it with a sigh. "It's five in the morning."
Dean checked his watch too. "Damn. I was just getting into a sleeping schedule."
"Alright—so I'm leaving." I announced, ignoring the look Cas was giving me. "I haven't slept for almost two days and I still need to find a motel where the owner doesn't sell crack." Then, just on second thought, "If anyone follows me I have powder that makes you itch for twenty seven days, no remedy. I will throw it in your face. Good night!"

"Hello."
I was not used to things materializing out of only dark night, so I jumped and my hands flew to my neck at the calm greeting.
"Jeez," I muttered, shooting him an angry glance. He tilted his head quizzically.
"Most would reach for their guns."
I began hauling my bag in to the seat. "Well, you caught me off guard."
"Are you really a hunter?" he asked me.
"Yes."
"Oh." I turned to look at him. He looked like he was reading every detail on my skin. "You're untrained."
