"Eliza, hey!" Sam shook me and I felt his arms under me as he hauled me into them. "Dammit, I told you this was a bad idea!"

"What choice did we have?" Dean shot back defensively. I felt his hand cup my cheek and hit it lightly. "Liz? Hey, hey, it's okay. You're fine."

I opened my eyes and felt my heart start up. I was in Sam's arms on the floor and Dean was squatted right in front of us. Kevin came rushing with a cup of ice water.

"What happened?" I breathed, feeling butterflies fill my stomach to the brim and a searing pain shoot to my head.

"You suddenly started bleeding and then fainted," Sam was looking at me worriedly, a hundred creases forming on his forehead. I put a hand to my face, finally understanding where the wet feeling was coming from. I kept my hand there, embarrassed, and tried to pull myself up with one arm. Dean supported me right away and Kevin quickly handed me a napkin.

But my insides crumbled when I looked at Cas. He was still sleeping, with only one healed wound. I straightened up to start again, but a hand on my shoulder tried to stop me.

"Alright, take it easy," Dean warned weakly.

"No." I took in a deep breath. "I'm fine." He didn't argue after even though he looked like something in his head was screaming at him to stop me. But today was no day to listen to his conscience. Not with Cas's life on the line.

I decided to take it slow and to center on the major wounds. Cas could do the rest when he was conscious again. I felt the painful clench on my core, but this time it was a lot harder to ignore. My head was pulsating intensely. I sealed off a second sizable injury to the side of his neck before moving on to his face.

There was an extensive gash that stretched across his forehead. I decided to try to heal it in one quick painful try since working slowly only allowed me to endure the pain longer.

It worked. My insides twisted and I rushed to the nearest trash to spit out enough blood to feed a vampire nest.

Dean shook his head, "Alright, that's enough." No, I wanted to say, I only had a few left. But I was too busy spilling my guts.

I wiped my face with my sleeve and stayed where I was on the floor because I could barely move. Kevin bent over to me and handed me a cup of fresh water. I downed it hungrily as I watched Dean tried to shake Cas awake.

"C'mon Cas, c'mon." But Cas didn't move.

"You're tougher than this Cas," Sam muttered worriedly under his breath, moving around Dean.

Dean took a hold of Cas's face and started shaking it. "Cas? Cas!"

"Maybe it would help if I healed a few more." I tried to get up, but Kevin put a hand out to stop me. He quietly handed me a napkin without looking at me, but his jaw was flexed and a vexed expression darkened his face.

"Cas! C'mon Cas, you can't do this now. You better not do this now, I'm warning you!"

Cas stirred. It was a very small movement, Dean tried to move his face left but Cas stayed right. Still, it indicated life. "Cas!" Dean breathed, sounding a lot more relieved.

"There we go you son of a bitch, haha." Cas opened his eyes. "Hey, you ok?" Cas looked very confused. He blinked a few times and his eyes wandered until he found me. I smiled at him, so terribly glad to see him move again, but he didn't look too happy.

"Cas, what happened to you?" Sam said, helping him sit up right.

"I...don't know." He looked disoriented as he straightened up and studied his surroundings.
