Chapter Twenty-Three: Gate of Babylon Vs. Unlimited Bladeworks

Artoria ran through the endless roads trying to pick up a trace of any aura around here to pinpoint where the person Gilgamesh was keeping as a prisoner was but she couldn't find anything. Especially with all of the beowolves and other Grimm appearing out of nowhere. The blonde-haired girl was also wondering if you were alright while facing someone like Gilgamesh, she knew you were strong but Gilgamesh was quite powerful as well even though he could quite arrogant and cocky. Artoria gritted her teeth just thinking about that guy ticked her off.

Artoria: I hope Y/N is able to defeat that fool no... I want something worse to happen to that nuisance.

She stopped running for a second after she had thought that she heard something, she closed her eyes to concentrate on where she heard the noise. It sounded kind of like someone was calling for help, walking a little further and turning a corner Artoria saw a large building almost like a warehouse to where she could hear the calling come from seeing this she smiled before running towards the place.

~Meanwhile~

You skidded back to see weapons were coming at you this caused you to smirk before muttering something under your breath, suddenly swords floated up before deflecting the weapons away from you. Seeing this caused Gilgamesh to scoff before hurling even more weapons at you, seeing this you grabbed another sword before rushing towards Gilgamesh deflecting the weapons away and knocking them away when your sword was knocked out of your hand.

You leaped away from the incoming weapons before grabbing another one of the many swords around you and tossed it at Gilgamesh who simply swayed one of his hands up and sent another weapon to deflect it. Only to notice you had disappeared from sight causing him to look all around for you when he had a strange feeling and looked up just in time to see you come down on him with a sword almost stabbing him in the head. 

You swore under your breath for missing before coming at him with a flurry of well-timed and fast sword swings causing Gilgamesh to go on the defensive by summoning another sword and began using to deflect the swings. Coming from you, he could see the smirk plastered on your face as you kept this up which was causing him to wonder as to why you were doing this when he realized it now. This caused him to smirk as well now figuring out your plan, just when you knocked his sword out of his hand and went for another slash you noticed something when your sword was just a few inches away from his now smiling face.

Y/N: What the... W-w-why can't I move?

Gilgamesh: Humph... I'll give you credit for trying to be clever Archer, but I think it's time I sent you "flying"

Y/N: What? ARGH!!!

You were suddenly flung up into the sky before falling to the ground heard causing you to gasp as the wind was knocked out of you slight when you were suddenly dragged across the ground which was dragging you towards the blonde-haired teen. You noticed more portals opening which caused you to look on with slight fear before swords were flung at the incoming weapons coming at you, quickly getting to your feet and leaping into the air to get away when you suddenly went crashing to the ground face first.

You laid for a few seconds before getting up to see as to what was causing you to move around when you weren't trying to. Getting up quick and attempting to reach for another one of your swords you gasped seeing you couldn't move your arms now before they extended up next to you before you slowly lifted up towards the sky this, you slowly looked down at your body and saw strange glowing gold chains were wrapped around you.

Your Thoughts: What the heck are these things? They weren't here a minute ago, so when--

Gilgamesh: You're obviously wondering where did these chains coming from... Look behind you if you can.
