Chapter Forty-Six: Alter

The three of you reacted quickly as the horse and their rider past you before turning around to stare at you. You had a feeling they were staring mainly at you, but you didn't understand why though, and something about them just seemed familiar to you as well. But you didn't have time for that as you watched the horse rise up before it charged once more. It's hooves left cracks in the ground as they charged at you that was when the horse leaped into the air to come flying down.

Y/N: INCOMING!

You moved quickly as Kojiro pushed Shirou out of the way, dust kicked up into the air from the horse.

You saw this as the perfect opportunity for you to get the heck out of there, you quickly told Shirou and Kojiro for you all to run into the woods as the horse should not be able to follow you guys in there. Quickly you guys ran off into the woods just as the dust parted for the armored clad warrior to look around for you, but could sense that you guys had ran off into the woods. They heard their horse whine with impatience and patted it.

Artoria Alter: Patience Llmarei, they shall all perish for our goddess soon, they are not going to escape, especially you Y/N. But for right now I shall follow them on foot, wait for my signal.

Getting off the horse, the armored feminine walked off into the woods to find you three, getting a good read on your aura trails.

~Your Location~

You, Shirou, and Kojiro laid low within the trees in order to keep yourselves hidden from the armored menace. You were trying to calm your breath, you were not expecting someone on a horse to come after you guys. You looked towards Shirou and Kojiro who looked to be calm. But you had this strange feeling, even though this is the first time you had laid on eyes on this person. They felt so familiar to you, too familiar to be honest and it scared you.

Shirou Whispering: Who in the heck was that? Someone from the Branwen Tribe?

Kojiro: I do not believe so, I have been there for a while and I do not recall hearing them talk about anyone and using horses or having weapons of that caliber. I believe it may be someone else who has been sent to eliminate us, or possibly they believe we are a part of the Branwen Tribe.

You Whispering: Kojiro, whisper voice they might find us.

Kojiro: I cannot whisper, though I can fix that *clasps hand over mouth* now then, I believe this person is still coming for us and with how think this woods are, they shall abandon their horse to continue their journey in dealing with us.

You Whispering: I can hardly understand what you're saying now.

Shirou Whispering: He said they may still be coming after us even without their horse.

Kojiro: And I have proof of this as well . . . . . . .

Y/N: Okay what are you saying unclasp your mouth.

Kojiro: I said there is a glowing spear heading this way.

Y/N: Oh okay that makes--wait what!

You turned around to see a bright glowing object about to take off your head if Shirou didn't slice the branch you were on. You landed on the ground fast, but looked up to see the knight falling at you. Summoning Kansho in your dominant hand, you parried the lance strike then kicked it up with your knee. You came at them with a strike aiming for the part that was not armor but was stopped when their gauntlet smashed your sword to pieces. 

You leaped back to summon another and dashed at them coming at them with lightning fast and unpredictable strikes. But they parried and block all of them like they had seen your fighting style before and it really was getting to you.
