its been a week since demis been in treatment. im still cant get over what she said. ive been having nightmares recently about Demi getting out of treatment and taking me back to patrick and helping him kill me. Marrisa always been there to calm me down. Ive been cutting a lot latly and skipping meals. Demis right i am fat and ugly.The voices have become my friends. "Dani today we get to visit demi." Marrisa says Shes gonna take me saying im her sister. i havent been outside in months. when i took that first step i took a deep breath in. i got inside her car and she starts driving. i kinda dont pay attention until Im in the room with Demi. "Demi?" i say "yea dani." she says "Do you think once you get out of here you could tell everyone the truth." i say "yea i think that would be good for both me and you." she says "five minutes." one of the workers say. I need you to Stay Strong ok." i say "ok i love soo much babygirl never forget that." she says hugging me. i take in her scent and the feeling. she kisses my forehead. when you smile the whole world stops and stares for a while cause girl youre amazing just the way you are.

"times up." the worker says "NO NO!" i scream getting closer to demi. The worker had to pry us apart. The last thing she said to me was "I love you Dani." "i love you too." i whisper. i cried the whole way home. "Dani i know its hard but we have to stay strong for demi." She says i nod and get out of the car. "are you hungry dan." marrisa says "no im fine." i say "ok." she says i head upstairs and grab a pen. i write stay strong with demis signature heart on my wrist.

"shut up." i say puttingy headphones in. i listen to both of Demis albums on repeat. i imagine that shes still here with me singing me to sleep. except shes not. i cried myself to sleep. i miss her so much i just want her to hold me in her arms and to smell her sweet vanilla scent. i fell asleep listening to belive in me
