Demis POV

When the paramedics came they rushed her to the hospital. She was put into surgery imediantly. May found out from doctors talking about it. Shes been texting me since she cant go out of her room.
M:hows she doing
D:we dnt know yet they havent told us anything
M:dnt worry demi shes a Fighter she will make it through
D:ik she will but its stressing me out not knowing how shes doing.
M:ik but she'll make it

i smile and was gonna reply back when i heard "Danilla Lovato." i looked up and stood. "hows she doing?" i ask "The surgery was a sucusessful she should be up in an hour or so. We had to leave a little piece of it but with the chemo therapy The slug should hopefully get smaller." The doctor explains. "When can we see her." dallas asks "As soon as she wakes up you may." he says we waited until she woke up to go see her. i rushed to her side and broke down into tears. "how are you feeling babygirl." i ask "im good the doctors say i have to wear this bandage until tomorrow and then get the stiches out then too." she says her voice still weak. "at least ill get a badass scar out of it." she says we all laugh. "so did they get it out." she asks "they got most of it out theres still a little part of it in there but with the chemo therapy it should eventually be gone." mom says she nods. she grabs my hand and says "me and you against the world." "me and you against the world,forever and always." i say kissing her head. "demi." she says "yea." i say "i cant let go." she says "i know its hard." i say "no i mean i literally cant go." she says
Danis POV

i knew something like this would happen. Why is it always stuff that happens to me. "ok dan just focus on your right hand and let go of my hand ok." Demi says i concentrat all my energy on my hand but i couldnt. i burst into tears. "Demi i cant i just cant." i say "This isnt fair WHY ME GOD WHY ME!" i say yelling the last part at the sky. "Because god sent you his toughest battles cause he knows you can handle this." demi says "ok ill try again." i say i concentrate again and by some miricale i let go of her hand. "you see baby you can handle this." she says i nod "so is this my new room for the next few days." i say "yea but im gonna make it feel like home." demi says "how." i ask she climbs into my bed and lays down next to me. "Are you seriosly gonna stay here." i ask "yep i sure am baby. i cant sleep knowing your not in my arms." she says i lay my head on her chest. "i love you dems." i say "i love you too dan. go to sleep baby ill be right here when you wake up." she says i nod. She sings my loves like a star softly and i slowly fell asleep.
