Chapter 35

Your pov

I went back to the hotel with a sinking feeling in my gut . Then again , it could all just be a coincidence .

I didn't confront Louis at all about the number .

I just didn't want to point fingers so quickly and observe from afar for now .

Currently , I was lying on the couch in my hotel room just resting . Only closing my eyes but not actually sleeping .

I had nothing to do except investigate or write songs . I had no inspiration nor did the exposer expose anything yet .

The latest one being the one with Louis's voice being used .

I decided to push aside the thought and let my poor mind rest . A month , almost two , I have been away from my friends and family .

I started feeling desperate to return so I pulled out my song book and started making randoms riffs and lyrics .

It looked and sounded lazy .

I groaned loudly and buried my face in my hands . "This is why I need inspiration." I mumble and put the journal aside for a moment .

I needed only three songs more and they prove to be non-existent and the moment since I have no idea what to write about .

I took out my phone and started looking through my apps for something to do . I then realised I have been rarely doing anything and have been laying down more often . I stood up and packed a water bottle , towel and extra clothes to go to the gym .

There was one here in the hotel so I figured I just go there .

I swing the bag over my shoulder and leave out the door .

Camila's pov

The girls and I were just messing around in the living room doing nothing .

Me and Dinah were just watching Prettt Little Liars while Lauren and Dinah argued about something with Ally trying to stop them . I would check my phone from time to time to check my Instagram and ignore Dinah's comments on the TV show .

"And I thin- Mila ! You're ignoring me again!" Dinah exclaims and I immediately put my phone away  

"Sorry , maybe you're just boring." I whisper the last part and the Polynesian smacks the back of my head .

"Rude." Dinah mumbles and I giggle .

"Thats what you get for always ignoring me when I rant about things." I say . "Yeah , cause you have a lot of things to rant about and do it all the time!" Dinah waves her arms around frantically .

"You and Lauren are the same!" Normani joins in the conversation .

"For the last time , I don't rant , I vent!" Lauren protests . "Same thing." Normani fires back .

"Mani , Dinah , stop . You four have been arguing about this for hours!" Ally sighs . "Is that what you two were arguing about?" I ask . "What do you think?" Normani raises her eyebrow .

"Point taken." I say and look at my phone again .

"And now she has ignored me once again." Dinah says , feigning hurt .

"What if Y/n calls ? Would you risk ruining Y/s/n?" I raise my eyebrow at her with a smirk on my face .

"Excuse me ? You are telling me that the captain of the ship can ruin the ship . I'm sorry but that is physically impossible." Dinag flips her hair in my face and I roll my eyes playfully .

"Whatever CheeChee." I say .

"Anyways , how about you call her?" Lauren suggests . "No , what if she thinks I'm clingy?" I say in a worried tone . "Mila , she has stayed with you for two almost three years and has almost died multiple times to save you . Do you think she would think you're clingy and give up now?" Normani says and I look down .

"Sorry , just worried." I apologized . "Don't be , if you weren't so oblivious , you would notice how whipped she is for you." Dinah teases and I groan loudly before stuffing my face in the pillows beside me .

"Here , how about you call her." Lauren handed me my phone .

"Lo , you actually charged her phone without charging you're own." Ally gasps and Lauren rolls her eyes .

"I'm not that bad of a person Als." Lauren groans . "Sure babe." Ally giggles while Lauren blushes and we all aww .

"Anyways , thanks Laur . I didn't know you had it in you." I joke and she glares at me .

"Yeah , it takes a lot of will power to charge someone elses phone without charging yours first." Normani wiggles her eyebrows at the green-eyed girl .

"Yeah , yeah shut up . For all of you're birthdays , I'm going to buy you all new phone chargers." Lauren say and we all cheer . "Including the phone?" Dinah asks .

"No honey , no . You only get the charger . What do you think I'm made of money?" Lauren asks .

"Well played." Dinah turns away from Lauren and continued watching her show . I , on the other hand get up and go to my room with my phone to call Y/n .

I lay on my bed and call Y/n on video call . After the second ring she answers and I see her face on screen then instantly smile .

"Hey baby." she greets . "Hey , what are you doing." I ask . "I just came back from the gym." she says before showing the door with a gym sign beside it .

"Sorry , I didn't want you thinking I was cheating." she said shyly .

"Well then , you've given me no reason to think so." I say and she gives me a toothless smile .

"How was Louis by the way?" I ask . "He just asked me to help him unload some furniture for his uncle's client." she explain and I nod .

"Now stop asking me about boys , how are you love?" she asks politely in her British accent .

"I'm fine just missing you." I say and she chuckles .

"I'll be back once I'm done witht the album." she assures me . "And the exposer?" I asked and she shakes her head . "Just the album part , I don't care if this person exposes me anymore . I miss you and the girls and I am going to see you once my album is finished." Y/n say with determination in her voice . I smile and answer ...
