Ryden Hell: The Sequel

Ryan fell asleep while watching Aladdin, partly due to jet lag, but mostly just because he's an exhausted college student. Brendon, however, was still awake. The movie had ended a while ago, so now he's just sitting on the couch, staring blankly into the distance.

He's distracted from his staring by his phone ringing. He quickly declines the call, hoping that the ringing didn't wake the sleeping boy just inches away. Looking down at the phone, Brendon mumbles a quiet "Shit."

It was his mom that had called, meaning in about two minutes he'd be murdered for ignoring her.

Maybe texting her will calm the wrath of the witch, he thinks.

B: what do you need  it's like one in the morning

M: I know what time it is
Where the hell are you

B: I'm at Ryan's
He's back for like a week

M: ross?
I though he was dead

B: no he's very much alive
And sleeping
And you probably woke him up
Thanks

M: will you be back by morning?

B: no I'm gonna be with him for a while

Brendon looks up from his, hearing Ryans phone vibrating violently on the end table.

B: I gotta go mom
Love you, see you eventually

"Ry," he says, nudging the older boy. "Ryan, get up."

Ryan, wanting to go back to bed, buries his face in the side of the couch. Brendon, however, is having none of that shit, and throws the phone onto Ryan. He sits up, glaring at Brendon. "Fuck you," he says.

As he brings the phone up to his ear, a woman on the other end starts talking immediately. "Is this Ryan Ross?" She asks.

Ryan recognizes the voice as one of the nurses he spoke with earlier. "Yeah, is everything okay?" He asks, though he thinks he already knows the answer.

"Sir, I'd suggest getting here as soon as possible. Your father has gone into cardiac arrest."

Uuuugggghh
I was doing so good yesterday
I started writing this chapter at like eight in the morning and was going strong
Until my brother decided that I had to go to the mall with him because he didn't know what to get his girlfriend for her birthday

We spent so fucking long there like I could've gotten so much done in that time
Like finishing this chapter
Or doing the work I was assigned over break
But no

I got some books out of it tho so one good thing came out of it

I started reading the one on the left already and its pretty damn good
I wanted to read the other one first but apparently its a sequel and I didn't know until after I bought it
So now I have to wait to get the first book
But like it doesn't say anywhere on or in the book that its the second book
That wouldve been helpful

I really don't get why teachers assign work over break like
Yeah there's really nothing I'd rather be doing than this

Translating eight sentences
Changing all singulars to plurals and vice versa
And then putting them back into latin in their new form

I really hope those pictures are legible cause like some of those sentences are pretty great
I also really hope the pictures show up cause apparently every time I put a picture in here they aren't
And that's lowkey annoying
