Bren: idk I guess I thought it would be useful ok don't judge me based on my teenage actions

Bren: but no actually I was right cause I need to call her right now and tell her that you're being an ass

Band camp is finally over thank god
I got a tan line on my face from where my hair covers it and that's hella attractive 

Also I'm pretty sure Peter highkey deafened me
When Maureen was working with the snares and he was helping with the bases he had a tempo block cause some of the rhythms are really awkward and easy to get off beat with
So anyways, he didn't have a copy of the bass music, so he's looking off of mine, but with the wind I couldn't see it when he was holding it cause it kept bending a bunch
So we had to keep the music on my drum, meaning he had to stand right fucking next to me but also just a little behind if that makes sense
Now drums are loud right, so he had to hit the tempo block hella hard so we could all hear it, and this fucking boy hits it right next to my ear for the like ten minutes it took us to run the song three times
Only when we stopped and I put my hand up to my ear cause it was ringing did he realize what he was doing

Now you might be thinking, why didn't I just ask him to, I don't know, not do that?
Y'all already know that my ass is hella awkward alright
I don't give a shit that I've known him for five years and he's basically like a second brother ok I wasn't about to ask him not to do something 

In other news, we got our class schedules and they fucked up so many and I'm hella pissed
So I got my schedule, and I had three study halls, but no biology or English. So I go talk to the assistant principal, and she tells me it's because I wanted to take honors algebra, English, and bio, but none of those could fit into my schedule
So I had to drop all of my honors classes because of this and I'm just like, y'all had all summer to make these things and you couldn't mess with shit so everyone wasn't fucked over?
Like it's not like this is a one or two person problem either, there were eleven of us just in the band that had to drop so much shit cause they fucked up
With some classes it's not a problem, but with others it's so fucking annoying
Take Tess for example, they couldn't find a way to to fit gov. into her schedule, so she had to switch to AP gov. instead, and now has to do the entire AP assignment, that should take all summer, in four days
And then there's the problem of doing more work than you needed too. Because I had to drop honors English, I ended up reading two more books than I had to, and doing 12 questions, all in MLA format, that now don't matter
My school needs to get their shit together this is why so many people are transferring
We're not gonna stay if we can't take the classes we want to cause y'all don't know how to make a schedule
