Chapter 15 - Divinely Beautiful

Celine's POV 

I ran up to the hall and searched for Shawn everywhere. Since that dream happened I've been different. I've been feeling giddy and energetic, like some sort of switch in me flipped on. I ran towards Emily while she held her flowers, admiring it as she walks with a smile on her face.

"Hey Emily! Have you seen Shawn?" I asked while jogging in front of her.

She raised an eyebrow before answering.

"He's in the living room with Astrid." She said bluntly.

Astrid? Doesn't that mean Divinely Beautiful? Suddenly all my energy got flushed out and my chest tightened.

"W-what?" I asked while I was in pain.

She raised an eyebrow again and cleared her throat.

"What's the matter?" she asked but I shook my head and walked away.

Maybe she's lying? But why would she lie? I know that she wouldn't, not to me of course. But what if it's true? What if he's all alone with her? Fudge. What if he's alone with her? Why do I even care? What the fudge. But... A little peek wouldn't hurt. I walked towards the living room with all the strength that I have left, rather than walking I feel like I'm dragging myself towards the living room. It usually takes me about two minutes to get there but I've been walking for ten minutes and I'm still half way there. I was walking like a zombie before I felt a tap on my shoulder.

"Is something wrong?" I didn't notice that Emily was following me and I could tell that she was worried by the way I acted.

I was startled so I panicked a little and then composed myself.

"Yes." I said formally which she didn't believe.

"Something is wrong." She said like she knew me, well, she does. I sighed and nodded.

"Say, Emily?" I asked while she walked with me.

She hummed a yes.

"What does she look like?" I asked which made her stop and after a few seconds she started grinning, like non-stop. I raised an eyebrow at her and titled my head.

"What?" I asked which made her giggle. She eventually cleared her throat and smiled.

"Well, she looks divine." She said with a posh accent.

"Seriously?" I said bluntly which made her laugh.

"Well, to be honest, she is beautiful. More like a divine goddess." She said with twinkles in her eyes. So Emily likes her too. This just made me feel great!

"But there's something you should know—" I didn't let her finish, we're here.

I opened the door and looked for him. 

And then I saw him. He was with her.
