Cyrus' POV

It's already been a week since Celina... I mean... the nightmare left us, along with the remnants of my sister that I know is still trapped in there. Hope is still not lost. We know that we can bring her back to us, not just her physical form, but her true self.

We all gathered in the living room while we discussed of something like a battle plan. Everyone had their own thoughts and everyone had their own ways of expressing it. But even though that our ideas didn't get along with the others, it didn't lead us into fighting with each other.

"I say we spread the soldiers out, give them areas to search in. That way, we can find her easily rather than to just sit here and wait for Angelica's findings." Dad said. All eyes are on him as they gave him a questioning look. I know that Dad didn't meant it as doubting Angelica's ways of finding people but I know that Dad couldn't just do nothing while we wait for news.

They looked at each other with disapproving looks as they shook their heads at Dad. He is the King but there are things just aren't great about his idea.

"And what if Angelica returns with her information? We would waste our time just to gather up the soldiers that you sent away just for them to hurry back and go on into a different mission." Aunt Casey said as she raised an eyebrow up.

Grandfather cleared his throat and sighed as we all turned our attention to him. "Both of you have a point. But it doesn't mean that either of the two of you are right." He said and turned his head towards Dad. "Xander..." Grandfather proceeded as Dad stiffened.

"Yes, Dad?" Dad said in a nervous tone. I was rather shocked. I've never seen him in this state before. Don't get me wrong, I've looked up to him since I can remember. It's just I'm not used to seeing him in a more vulnerable way. He always acted like a tough and had a fatherly-figure so I didn't expect him to act like someone of my own age. It made me chuckle a bit before he shoot a glare at me indicating that he'll get me back for laughing at him.

"You cannot just send our soldiers to anywhere you want. As Casey said, what if we need them to come back as quickly as possible? How can we gather them all in a short period of time?" Grandfather stated as Aunt Casey waited for her turn. When Grandfather called her, she was even worse than Dad. She was literally shaking, making Mom giggle. She didn't even try to hide it, she just started giggling endlessly.

Grandfather cleared his throat once more which finally made Mom to stop. He shook his head in amusement and continued. "In Xander's prospective, we need immediate action than to just sit around here and wait for something that we don't know when will come." He stated and waited for them to respond.

They first looked at each other for a couple of seconds before sighing and nodding, both laughing to say that there were no hard feelings.

Looking at everyone, they were all lost in thought, all mumbling things to themselves. The women are pacing back and forth as the men were sat down while they look at the floor intently as if the answers were on the floor itself.

I finally cleared my throat which made them turn their heads to me. "I know that we can do nothing but wait..." I breathed as started making my way to them. Sighing, I pointed at the door. "Anytime soon, Angelica is going to walk through that door and give us the information that we need." I said and brought my hand back down. "We don't need to think of other plans to find her. Angelica is doing the best that she can. The only plan that we all need to think of is what we're going to do once Angelica has provided us Celina's location." Hoping to make a point, I waited for everyone's response.

They all looked at each other, mumbling something before nodding at each other to indicate an agreement to what they've been discussing amongst themselves.

Dad stood up and started to walk towards me as I clenched my fist, mentally preparing myself to what he would say.

When he was only inches away from me, I closed my eyes and looked down. But as soon as I did, I felt a hand land on top of my right shoulder, making me look up.

I saw him smiling at me with proudness filling his eyes. "You're becoming quite a man these past few days." He chuckled, making me look over to Mom who kept a smile while she clutched her chest both of her hands with tears forming on her eyes, the look of pride filled her face.

Without looking away, I smiled. "Someone once said that I shouldn't hold on to the things that I've done, but to start aiming for the things that I could still do." I gave Mom a wink which made her let out a giggle, indicating that we had an agreement with the statement.

I looked back at Dad who was smiling proudly at me. "You're doing great." He breathed.

As the moment was going on, our attention was caught by the door that let out a loud thud when it slammed open.

"I found her."
