"...shi-kun...?"

"Wake up... Toshi-kun..."

5 minutes again, Tsuki... or Kaa-san... whatever...

a giggle... "but you'll catch a cold if you sleep out here..." ... then a weak shake...

I grunted, "Okay, okay, I'm up, I'm up! Geez! can't I even take a res- eh...? K-Kyoko-chan? What are you doing here?"

she giggled again, "Well, I just came back from a late snack, where I later noticed that you're here, sleeping while sitting... You must be really tired, aren't you Toshi-kun?" she asked and I got flustered all of the sudden. Afterall... 'she's so close!!'

"U-Uh... it's nothing really..." I assured her. "Oh yeah, I'm sorry to involve Ryohei-senpai and yourself into all of this mess... again," I told her while gazing away. But then she shook her head.

"Don't worry... I'm sure my brother is more than glad that he could help, and so do I... If there's actually something I could do, actually. But since there's nothing..." she smiled sheepishly whilst I panicked slightly. 

"E-Eh! That's not right! you have helped us a lot. You, Haru-chan and Minna-san. Without you guys, I'm not even sure if we could make it this far... and besides, you gave me this..." I hurriedly took out the charm that she gave me a long time ago. And she stares... I blushed.

"S-Sorry... It's gotten dirty and slightly ruined. But really, because of this, I feel encouraged. that I could actually do something and be useful... that I could do anything and protect you all..." 

"Toshi...-kun..." -I blinked, before then I got even more flustered than before.

"Oh gosh! I just say embarrassing things, didn't I? Gomen... C-Could you just forget about it?" I said while covering my bit red face with my hands... 'Really, if Reborn caught this sight of me. I'm toast...'

But it seems I don't have to worry about that for now. Because her laugh has officially made my day.

"you're so funny, Toshi-kun. Seriously... I think you're cute."

"C-Cute??" 'No way! I shouldn't be the cute one! you are!' -but I didn't get to tell her that far. I'm not brave enough.

"Y-Yeah, Anyway, how is your brother?" I asked. Trying to change the topic. 

"he's fine. Or so he said." Kyoko-chan replied. "Though he's all awkward when I asked about you. And that's how I know that you're having a rough time. Will you be okay?" she then asked with a tint of worry could be heard in her tone.

"Don't worry I'll be fine... and we'll for sure to win this!" I said optimistically. And thankfully that made her smile.

She then said, "Well then, can I see your charm, Toshi-kun?"
