"Oh y-yeah," Justin said and quickly got up to sit on the other side of his mother.
"Thanks, J," Scarlett momentarily looked at her younger brother before taking her seat between Yanjun and her mother.
"Please tell me this isn't a joke," Linkai clutched his heart, pushing back his Yanson tears. "Are you really not marrying that Andrew guy?"
Yanjun quietly awaited her response, Scarlett's eyes moved to him. His hand rested on his lap, sweat seeping from his palm. Without an ounce of hesitation, Scarlett reached over and took his hand, squeezing it once before smiling at the others at the table.
"I'm not marrying Andrew," she spoke. "I made a good impression with his father so that I'll still be receiving help from their company and I also have a new associate who you all happen to already know."
"Who," Linong asked.
"Hello, sorry I'm late," the last empty seat beside Linkai was taken by someone familiar. The boys looked shocked, but Amanda, Mr. Qui, and Mrs. Huang smiled at the young man.
"Ruibin," all the boys looked at the boy who was wearing a suit that had some drops of water on his shoulders. He smiled at them as he brushed the droplets off.
"Hey, the traffic was pretty bad. It's raining outside," he chuckled.
"Please tell me you're not marrying him instead," Yanjun looked to Scarlett who laughed and leaned over before pressing a sweet kiss to his lips.
"I thought we were getting married one day," Scarlett said, pulling away from their kiss. When Yanjun's eyes opened to look at her, they dilated.
"Yeah, we are," Yanjun smiled, his nightmare was over. Scarlett didn't choose Andrew, she chose a life with him.
"Good, I want grandkids."
"Mom!"

"You think Mom is okay that we left early," Yanjun asked Scarlett as the two of them waited outside for the valet to bring her car.
"Of course. She's taking care of the other kids for us so us leaving is less trouble," she replied looking out from under the cover that protected them from the rain. The air was cold and crisp, the drops of rain that fell from the dark clouded skies were pushing the icy air against them, sending a shiver running down Scarlett's spine. Yanjun noticed, and threw his arm around her, rubbing her arm to rid her of her goosebumps.
"I'll drive. Don't want to get that pretty dress of yours ruined," Yanjun murmured before pressing a kiss to her satin hair. Scarlett smiled and looked up at him, nothing but love danced in his eyes and he leant down to press a kiss to her lips that begged for the contact.
