Chapter Thirty:
Wolf Boy

Walking inside, she saw the suicidal human. She felt her rage build up as Bella turned to see who had entered the house. Subconsciously, Lucinda began to yell.

"ARE YOU CRAZY!? Or just suicidal, because seriously Bells if you were, maybe I wouldn't, I don't know, died for you? What about Charlie, think of him as you plummeted your way to Hell, no! Why would you jump, come on, I thought you knew better than that Bella."

Instead if a response, Bella flung herself into the previously deceased vampire's arms, hugging the dear life out of her. And for once, Lucinda hugged back. As soon as the girls let go of one another, Lucinda pulled her little sister into her embrace, telling her that she would 'explain at a later date.'

"So, do I get an answer Bells?"

"Oh, it was... recreational fun?"

"Are you asking or telling me?"

Once again, Bella ignored Lucinda and moved towards her, hearing footsteps approaching the door. Looking to Alice who only shrugged, the two vampires knew who it was before Bella did: the shifter who couldn't stay away.

"Umm, who the fuck are you?" Lucinda snapped, growing more and more annoyed by the second.

"Lucie, watch you language!" Alice reprimanded, trying to hide her giggle. She could tell she had her sister back, just not for how long.

"Sorry," Lucinda cleared her throat and walked towards the intruder, "Whom the fuck are you, Wolf Boy?"

"I could ask you the same thing,"

And just as the words started to form, the phone on the wall buzzed. Lucinda rilled her eyes as the wolf boy had the audacity to answer the phone, telling the caller that Charlie was busy planning a funeral.

It all happened at once. First, Alice told Bella that it was Edward who now thought Bella died. Then Jacob begged his human crush to stay and not save her love. And to put the cherry on top, Lucinda was stuck in Forks with the shifter.

"So, do I get a name, Wolf Boy?"

Blood was a terrible thing when stained into white carpet. No matter how hard she scrubbed, the brunette vampire could not get it out. She had been trying for hours. Giving up, she flung the bucket of water outside and walked upstairs to her bedroom, or what remains there was.

Clothes were strung everywhere, paintings crooked and furniture broken beyond repair. The most pivotal part of the room that was smashed was a 4X6 mahogany photo frame. It was a simple decoration but it held the most amazing photo: Jasper using a snapchat filter with Lucinda looking confused in the background.

Placing the photo back into it's original place, Lucinda swiped her hair behind her ear as she continued to dust her cabinets down whilst simultaneously trying to figure out how many outfits she could salvage.

Another thing caught her eye, a leather cased journal. Flicking through it, Lucinda could tell it was her mates writing from a mile away, even if the words were few and far between. It was full of ripped pages and scribbled out words.

"Oh, Jay, what have you been through?"
