Jungkook was in deep contemplation.

He had a choice.

One, hide from Mia that he had seen Jenny and that she was back in the country. Or two, tell Mia and have her prepare for a head on meeting with Jenny.

Then again, knowing Mia, he knew that she would never believe that Jenny would ever harm her. Jenny was her best friend.

Jungkook had actually mulled over this three days since he had accidentally seen Jenny, but since then, he had yet to see even a hair belonging to Jenny. Either way, Jungkook knew it was unhealthy to ignore his gut feelings.

The thing was...who could he talk to?

Mia was obviously not going to take his warning to well or seriously.

Taehyung would just crush her or something. Though he would most likely not care and think not much of the female. Taehyung would not think that Jenny would affect Mia much, but Jenny held a lot more power over Mia as her best friend.

Jungkook needed someone else to confide in. Someone who wasn't exactly involved but was involved in Mia and Taehyung's relationship. He needed the two busybodies with money and more importantly money.

Pulling out his phone, he called one person. Jungkook already knew the two were currently together, scheming away.

"We need to talk." Jungkook spoke as soon as the ring had stopped. There was no need for him to go through introductions.

"Uhh right now...?" The male voice seemed preoccupied, but then again, when wasn't he preoccupied now a-days.

"Yes. With Layla, bring her with you too." Jungkook ignored the light coughing fit that Jimin had began at his words.

"Uhh, I can ask her or call her for you." He was stalling, it was obvious to Jungkook. Jungkook also knew that Jimin was pausing because he was with Layla, most likely sitting together. He's noticed how often Jimin and Layla hung out. It was ridiculous that they were denying it when they saw each other more often than they saw their respective parents.

"Jimin stop! I know you're with Layla. I need to talk to the both of you. Meet me at Club 38–same room as always." Jungkook hung up without giving them a choice.

It was not as if they had other things to do...

➰➰➰

"I'm here. You called and I'm here!" Jimin chuckled as he sat next to Jungkook. The younger male was drinking his favorite beer. He was already on the third one. "Someone's moody. What's wrong, Kook?"

"Where's Layla?" Jungkook asked as he took another gulp of cold beer.

"How should I know?" Jimin shrugged.

The thing was Jimin was feigning ignorance despite the fact that he had been with Layla. He had even suggested for the two of them to just use one car. Save gas and all that but Layla has profusely refused with a deadly glare. She had even told him that she would visit the bathroom before entering the room to further act as evidence that they had come separately.

Layla had been very specific when they had parked their cars and entered the club.

We did not come together!

"Right...?" Jungkook scoffed as he did not believe Jimin. "I don't even know why you guys came separately."

Before Jimin could question Jungkook or retort back, they were interrupted by none other than the one and only sassy Layla.
