Alex worked at a nice, simple cafe. Mostly, high school students hung at the cafe. Alex himself was a senior in high school. He was going to have to leave his job soon, once he graduated. He had already been working at the cafe since he began high school.

Alex was called 'The Coffee Boy.' The name wasn't out of bullying, and Alex was semi-popular. He was simple guy, too. Sometimes, he did get bullied though. Once someone beat him in the back of the store.

The shop rarely saw young adults occupy its seats. Today was a rare day.

No.

Today was a special day.

I don't like to say I'm famous. I am only popular among females. I wish boys noticed me...

I got famous through creating an app I called; TlkTxt. It helped people with all phones connect with each other. It was quite the wonder. After making the app and getting fame, I realized I could act. So I did. On several movies. At the moment, I am filming a show.

I realized I was gay while I was talking to a fan. I had a system where I picked a fan and either chatted with them or video-chatted with them over TlkTxt. We were video-chatting and her brother came into the room. She asked him to leave, but I didn't want him to leave... In fact, I wish he had stayed and talked to me.

"We're here!" My driver turned around to face me. He was around twenty feet away from me in the limo. I looked down at my hands. He was cute.

My door opened by him and I climbed out. For a second, I looked at the cafe and smiled. Then I took a second look and rethought my entire life. The cafe was full of teenage girls. Probably the kind that noticed me. They looked like it. One of them was watching a movie I had stared in on her laptop. Then I decided it was good to practice this. The Oscar's were coming, I would have to be around people all the time.

I heard screaming. I thought maybe someone had gotten the wrong coffee and came out from behind the counter, to be met with a large crowd at the door. Everyone was screaming.

"It's Thomas Jefferson!" One girl yelled. I gasped. I was a large fan of his.

"Ohmygod!" One girl yelled.

"I'm taking a video!" Yelled another. She sounded like Jenna Roland, the school gossip. I knew eventually the celebrity, if it was Thomas Jefferson, would get to the counter and to me.

I just had to wait.

My driver got everyone out of the way after a while. People still watched me, but from a distance. I yearned for the day he would talk to me and tell me his name. It seemed in all TV shows, all the security guards are like that. Apparently, real life security guards weren't like that.

I walked up to the counter very slowly and waiting (for only a second) before a boy popped out from behind in the kitchen. He was... adorable. I glanced at his name tag.

Alex.

My heart was beating very fast. I pulled down my barista apron and looked up at Thomas. He grinned at me. I was a nervous wreck.

Was I actually meeting the real Thomas Jefferson?

Really?

Are you sure?

"H-Hi," I stuttered and made a mental note to slap myself later, "What can I get you?"

"Just a latte." My grin grew wider. God was Alex cute...

"Okay, what's your nam-" Alex glanced down, realizing what he was about to ask. I laughed and he looked up, glaring. I was surprised he glared at me.

By now, people had looked away, so I took his hand.

"Don't be so nervous, darlin'." He blushed and I walked away.

In the back kitchen, I slapped myself. My face was redder than it usually turned when I slapped myself. I was blushing, that's why.

"God, Alex. You're so gay." I whispered to myself as I made the latte. I never knew Thomas liked lattes.

I found him when he first made the app, before all the movies. I had used to a tech geek and fell in love with Thomas. The few interviews he did have made me fanboy so hard.

Now he was sitting in the cafe I worked at.\

And he had held my hand.

He had called me 'darling.'

Was Thomas gay? Who knew? Maybe.

The latte was done.

I took the cup and placed a plastic lid on it. Walking out from behind the counter, I became very self conscious. I made it to Thomas's table, though.

"Heere." I handed the mug to him and he stood up.

"Thank you." I smiled. His face had a small tint of red on it.

"Anytime." He picked up the mug and walked away as I muttered these words.

Thomas continued to visit the cafe. His visits went from monthly to weekly to daily to him being there practically all the freetime he had. One time was very special though.

Maybe it was three months into this routine.

"Alex. I come to this coffee shop every day for one thing." I leaned on the counter, smiling. Alex looked up from writing my name and smiled.

"What for?" He grinned. Alex had become less nervous when he spoke to me. I was almost sure he was gay. I just had to confirm it.

"For you." I felt my hands reach his face and cup it.

"Thomas... Shut up." He jumped a bit, trying to reach my lips. I laughed and filled the space for him.

The kiss was something I will never forget. Warm and tender. His laps smelled of coffee and tasted so, too. I slipped my tongue into his mouth while we were kissing. Alex kept his composure and let go a few seconds later, his feet probably hurting from having to reach up.

"Thomas... Will you be my boyfriend?" He smiled at the counter.

"Of course."
