Alex stood in the middle of his grimy apartment. In his hand was his flip phone (it was 2018). He was scared to sit on his couch since last time a bug scattered out of the cushions and bit him. So now he sat on his dusty floor.

Someone knocked at the door.

Alex slowly stood up, placing his phone on a nearby table and walking to the door. Alex's door was large and wooden. It didn't have a peephole and Alex had actually gotten a gun pulled on him multiple times, but he opened the door anyway.

And there, in all his glory, stood Thomas Jefferson, the landlord.

"Do you have your rent? If so, I haven't received it?"

"What rent?"

"Last years rent which I let slide.

"Let slide, you said we were golden!

"When you bought the apartment (yes i just copied a bunch of rent broadway lyrics, sue me-)."

Alex looked down at his feet, which were covered by old sneakers that were falling apartment, "I don't have the rent... I'm sorry... sir."

He made sure to emphasize that last part, because Thomas, the landlord, has a sir kink.

"You know you aren't supposed to call me sir, baby," Thomas purred, pulling Alexander's chin up. Alex mumbled something about how he was sorry, "Oh, Lex. I do not forgive you. Come here..." And the tall landlord pulled Alex to the bed. Since this was a cheap apartment, it was only one room. The bed was creaky.

Alex followe him, whimpering the entire way until he was forced down on the bed.

"Do you have a... collar?" Thomas asked, running his hand along Alex's hair, playing with it.

"Under the bed..." Alex mumbled.

Thomas nodded and looked under the bed, seeing handcuffs and collars and a bunch more kinky stuff.

He stood up and Alex put his head down, letting Thomas slide the collar around his neck. Thomas pulled Alex's head foward once he was done, "Are you gonna pay me that rent money soon?"

"Yes..."

"Yes, who?"

"Yessir."

Thomas pulled Alexander into a kiss and then began to take off the smaller one's shirt and pants. As soon as they were off, the landlord thrusted straight into Alex.

"Now... don't you dare fucking moan." Thomas mumbled into Alex's neck, leaving bite marks there.

Alex nodded and sat there obeying his landlord.

Thomas sucked Alex off until Alex cummed nicely into his palm.

And Thomas was done.

He stood up and pulled Alex up with the collar and a whimper from Alex, "Will you disobey me again?"

"I can't promise, sir." Alex purred. Thomas simply scoffed, letting Alex fall back onto the bed and stalked out of the apartment.
