Forever [JAMILTON] [PART ONE]

My vision is blurry as I feel Thomas shake me awake. I groan and turn over, but he keeps shaking me. What is so urgent that he has to wake me up for? It's still two PM, I can't wake up yet.

"Alex!" Thomas yells. I finally open my eyes just enough to see him lean down and kiss me on the lips. I kiss back and get up immediately. Thomas grins, satisfied.

"Why are you waking me?" I ask, leaning against the wall next to my side of the bed. He comes over next to me and gives me my phone. When I open it, I see the texts I had with Thomas saying he could have a date... today. That was last week. I groan.

But I get up anyway.

Thomas pulls me to the closet, which I slip into.

"Look at me, I'm inside the closet."

"Come out."

"I'm bisexual."

"Alex." Thomas deadpanned and I step out, giggling. He hands me a suit, grinning. I notice that he's in a suit too and blush, thinking of him getting dressed- I mean, what. Who said that? Seriously, who?

When I step out of the bathroom in my suit, Thomas takes me by the arm and leads me to the door. I blush, my face turning a dark red. He notices and grins harder than ever. I narrow my eyes back at him, smiling. I bet my face looks like a mess. I'm flattered, happy, and trying to be angry.

"Come on." He opens the door and steps out. I step out after him and we take the elevator down the stairs. In the elevator, there's are three girls, all talking to each other. Thomas and I listen in, just because.

"Oh my gosh! Did you see Maria the other day? I love her!" One of them, a girl in a yellow crop top and black skirt practically yells. She's jumping up and down and I get scared she'll break the elevator. One of them, a girl with a blue t-shirt and denim shorts , looks away. Her face is red. Does she like this 'Maria' girl, too? Hm.

"All the boys keep asking me out. I wish it would stop, I don't like any of them." The third one, a girl in a pink dress, adds. The yellow and blue girl nodd.

"I have the mood where you want to beat someone up, y'know?" The blue one mumbles. The other two nodd.

"Oh, I know!" The pink one exclaims.

"Let's go beat up James Reynolds!" The yellow girl squeals. The door if the elevator opens and all three of them run out. Thomas and I look at each other before walking out, not saying anything.

The location we picked for our date was a expensive restraunt. It was kind of restraunt where no one wore anything unless it was fancy. If you didn't wear anything fancy, you would be judged by literally everyone. It was the kind of restraunt that would've made me self conscious if I was alone.

Luckily, Thomas was better at talking to people than I was.

"A booth, please." Gosh, he was so great at talking. Once they called our name, he took me by the hand, smiling like a puppy.

The waiter led us to our seats and we sat down opposite each other. Thomas looked excited and suddenly grabs my hand.

"Alex! I have a surprise for you."

"Okay..."

"You want to see it now?"

"Yeah!"

Honestly, if Alex had said no, I would have shown him the surprise anyway. I had been planning this for months. Alex was going to be mine... forever. (reading this again is me realizing thomas sounds evil saying FOREVER)

"Okay." I slip the small box out of my pocket while Alex stands. I told him to stand. I stand up, too. A girl from another table is looking at us. I realize she's the yellow girl from the elevator. I wave at her and wink. She smiles at me. We're not friends, but maybe we could be. Alex looks around to see who Im waving at. Upon seeing her, he waves, too. 

"So, what's up, Thomas?"

"Alex, I love you." 

"And I love you, too." I feel myself blush. I hardly blush around Alex, but I'm nervous.

"That's why I want you to answer this question," I slowly get on my knee, pulling out and opening the box, "Alexander Hamilton, will you marry me?"

"Yes."
