5.1 it's complicated—REWRITTEN—
"As the detonation dispersed throughout Central City a number of people were exposed to a wave of unquantifiable energy," Dad says. "One of those people was you. You were in Central City ten months ago."
"I had, just returned from Afghanistan," Bette says putting on some gloves. Barry had successfully brought her into S.T.A.R. Labs, where we explained to her what was going on. "I was there defusing roadside bombs and Shrapnel ripped through me. I was flown back state side. Spent months at the base recuperating and next thing I know, I become the thing that almost killed me... And Eiling's favorite, new lab rat."
"The dark matter must have combined with the bomb particulate inside your body," Cait says.
"I thought Eiling did this to me," She says.
"Eiling is not smart enough to create someone like you," Dad says. "Clever enough to see your value." Spoken like a true evil genius. He could've so worded that better.
"Do you know of any others who were changed?" She asks.
"Hi. How you doin', nice to meet you," I say from a chair, with a smile.
"There've been a few," Cait says.
"But no one that looks like you," Cisco says, causing me and Barry to hide a smile. "I'm sorry. That was inappropriate. Please don't leave."
"I know how to perform a lobotomy," Cait whispers to Cisco.

"Her cellular structure is unlike anything I've ever seen," Dad says.
"Her nitrogen levels are off the charts," Cait adds.
"Do you think we can help her?" Barry asks.
"To answer that question, we have to understand how she works, and to understand that, first we have to study her in action," Dad says.
"You want her to blow stuff up," Cisco says. "Yes! Now we're talking."
"Not in here. She's too unstable," Dad says.
"I know," Cisco replies.
"I know you know." We then watch Caitlin take out a tracker from Bette's shoulder. We pull up the security footage to see General Eiling and some soldiers in the elevators.
