🎶When it all goes up in flames...We'll be the last ones standing...We'll be the last ones..🎶
My eyes snap open as I see bright orange, reds, yellows, and blues burst into my vision. I blink a couple of times as I am now looking at a familiar ceiling. I take a big breath and look to my right to see another body lying next to me. A familiar face. "Barry?" I breathe out.
"You're awake! The song worked!" Cisco exclaims, making me jump. I look over to my other side and see Cisco looking at me with a goofy grin, a lollipop in his hand. I sit up and sigh, running my hand through my hair.
"What happened?" I ask, my voice groggy. I clear it as Cisco speaks.
"When the particle accelerator exploded a part of the blast accidentally hit you, causing you to go into a coma for seven months," He explains, waving the lollipop in his hands around.
"I've been asleep for seven months?" I ask.
"Yup," Cisco says. "You should've seen Dr.Wells. He was so worried, I was afraid he was gonna do the thing where he does and drowns himself in work... not that there's any work."
I nod, understanding what he was saying and then look at Barry. He's in a comma too? Why is he here? What does- Why did we need to bring him here? Cisco notices me looking and says, "That's Barry Allen. He got struck by lightning and we brought him here, by the request of Dr.Wells. We assumed you both would wake up at the same time but- yeah."
"I know," I say. "I mean, I met him once in Starling. He helped me with something."
"Oh," He says. Then Cait walk in and I immediately get off my stretcher and go hug her.
"I'm so sorry," I tell her, resting my head on her shoulders. I feel her tense at what I was referring to, but the relaxes.
"It's okay," She says with a small smile and I pull away. "Let's get you all checked up. Dr.Wells, should be coming any minute." I nod and we get started.

After our check-ups, I call Felicity to tell her I'm okay. I also tell her about Barry, who, she apparently already knew about.
After that my stomach gets the best of me and I change so that I can go to Big Belly Burger. Once I get there, I quickly grab a couple of burgers and head back to the Labs.
As I'm walking back, I see a car, driving fast in my direction. I don't worry about it, until it approaches me, not slowing down at all. I spot that no one is inside and my eyes widen. Not being able to react quickly enough, I cross my arms in front of my head and look away, closing my eyes.
