Olivia is the daughter of Harrison Wells and Tess Morgan. She is incredibly smart and skilled. After college (she has a Phd in nanotechnology, like Ray Palmer) she had joined the League of Assassins. She took on the name the Nightingale in the League. Two years later, she left the League by making a deal with R'as Al Ghul.
She was recruited by the Arrow(Oliver Queen), to help him. She accepted and she was immediately friends with the whole team. They were like the family she never had.
She became friends with Laurel, and she had a love-hate relationship with Detective Lance. She also me Roy Harper in the Glades and they became friends as well. Roy started helping Team Arrow and soon their identities were revealed to him.
She came back to Central City to watch the Partical Accelerator turn on. She was sent into a coma due to the explosion. After waking up, she was met with Barry Allen. The guy who had saved Oliver's life in Starling. Barry knew her secret and had gladly kept it.
Olivia herself discovers she has powers due to the particle accelerator explosion. With his new found super speed, Barry thinks he might have a lead on his mom's murder. What happens when more metahumans show up and Central City needs a hero? Will Olivia help Barry? Will she finally reveal, to her best friends that she had been working with a vigilante? Will she find out what her dad has been hiding from her, her whole life?
