Andrew: I just heard something about a car accident

Mike: I'm coming too

Shawn: Nurse is here, but please go to Indy

"Am I done yet?" I ask the nurse. "Almost. Just running some tests." I sigh hopeless. "Listen, my wife was hit by a car. I want see her." The woman nods and then picks up a wad of brown stuff. "This is going to puncture." Before I can say anything, she presses the cotton wool on my wound in his face. "You were lucky that you got off so well. You only have a few abrasions." I nod. "I know I'm lucky, I've heard that a hunderd times already. Can I go to my wife now?" She nods and helps me out of the room, then she shows me the way to her room.

I meet Mike and Tiffany on the way. "Bro, how's Indy doing?" I shake my head. "I don't know, they didn't let me go to her because they wanted to take care of my wounds first." Tiffany grabs my chin and turns my head so they can see the wounds. "I'm going to need a lot of make-up for this."

I take Nathan out of the maxicosie and pull him close to me. "Hey, honey, shall we go to Mommy?" He suddenly begins to cry. "It's okay, boy." I wiggle him softly up and down. "Yes, let's go to Indy." Mike says immediately.

The sister tells us that they've brought Indy into a coma. That poor girl is in a coma for the second time in her young life. I don't listen to what the nurse has to tell me, because I can only think of Indy. She must have had so much pain.

"She's lucky that you pushed her away from the car. You saved her life by doing that. She now comes off with a concussion and some bruises. Yet we have decided to put her in a coma, because the fetus. He's not in a good condition. Hopefully it'll recover after five days of rest."

My heart is ripped out of my body that words. our unborn child, maybe it will not survive. And all by my words. Why did I say that? I hit myself in front of my head. "Shawn, it's not your fault." I drop my head on the bed and meanwhile hold her hands. "We'll leave you alone for a while." Everyone leaves the room.

"Oh Indy. I am so sorry. It's all my fault. Sorry, Sorry, sorry." Tears walk over my cheeks. My eyes are watered. "I'm so sorry."
