The ballroom was huge. Floors and walls white as milk and richly adorned with gold accents. Nature was also part of the place, making the atmosphere even more dreamy. The ceiling of that part of the castle seemed enchanted with some sort of magic, 'cause it revealed the starry night sky outside.
The ballroom was crowded with people and all faces turned to her as she entered the room. The two women guided her as far as the prince and the kings had a privileged view of the whole environment. She started to feel nervous, but for some reason she felt happy too. The prince, the same one she saw in her dreams, formally expressed himself with a bow, kissing her hand. Then he presented her to the king and the queen as the one who had broken the curse.
"She will be my bride, my princess, and in the future we will rule this kingdom together. We will bring the magic and the power of love to the whole population through our songs!" The prince decreed to everyone present in the ballroom, then pulled the girl close and, looking into her eyes, declared himself as he did in dreams. "Let me show you that in a sky full of stars you will always be the brightest for me."
She was so confused, but she was so happy too. She wasn't sure how to react to it all, but she wished immeasurably that it wasn't just another crazy dream. The prince approached slowly and kissed her, without further ado. And, as he had promised in dreams, he took her for a walk in a sky full of stars through the magic of love they shared. Their story confirmed that distance, time, and riches are not barriers when love is pure and true...
