The team of scientists became tense with the announcement of the professor. They had never risked anyone's life in the way the professor was suggesting they do. After much discussion, they accepted his proposal. Haru was taken to the test area and the sequestration simulation was started.
To everyone's surprise, the android defended her by risking his own life to save her. When the false assailant threatened her, A.I. fought against him and took her in his arms, rescuing her immediately. It was a mystery to all, the motives that drove that android to rescue only Miss Haru.
A few weeks passed and all the tests and researches pointed out that the A.I. project had failed because the android had developed human feelings for the professor's assistant. He didn't know what those feelings were, but it was the only explanation for his actions.
The android heard a conversation among the scientists saying that he would be shut down soon, cause an android like him shouldn't only love one human being but the whole human race. When he met Haru again, he asked her, "Miss Haru, what is love?"
