"What happened to him?" She asked the doctor, but he didn't answer, just finished treating the wound and left the cabin, leaving them alone. "What happened?" She repeated the question, and the captain stared at her with a grin. "Who sent you here? It was that idiot of Ichinose, wasn't he?" The princess nodded, trying to hold back the laughter.
"Tell him he'll take care of dinner tonight as a punishment for it..." But the princess interrupted him. "Don't do that, he was just worried about you. Not that I can do anything for you to improve, but..." This time the captain interrupted her. "You can, and he knows it." The princess looked at him, confused and surprised. She didn't understand how she could help, but it all seemed to make sense when he explained to her what had happened during the battle against Captain Icy Heart.

"Obviously the captain didn't agree with that, right Miss?" First Immediate Ichinose was the only one to accompany her on the job to find the cure for Captain Kurosaki's wound. He paddled the small boat as they headed across the sea toward the Mermaid Island, where the only flower that would keep the captain's heart from being frozen was hidden. The flower of the Perfect Love was guarded by the mermaids and is also the only way to stop an Ice Curse, which was what Captain Icy Heart launched on his rival during the battle.
Captain Kurosaki told the story of the Flower of Perfect Love and also some of Captain Icy Heart's story, but only if she promised not to go after the "stupid flower" as he put it. Obviously she didn't keep the promise. Something said she needed to reciprocate the favor he made by accepting her on the crew. She would find the flower and would save his life!
