i'm watching tv,laying on my couch..suddenly i hear noises from June's room so i stand up to check what's going on..when i turn on the light,the biggest smile appears on my lips..my daughter is standing inside the crib  "you woke up, baby?"  she sees that i'm about to take her in my arms so a little scream escapes from her mouth  "come here, pretty" i exit the room with my daughter in my arms,giving her a kiss on her cheek "mom is coming back..are you happy to see her?"  she smiles and i kiss her again  "aw,you're so pretty..i can't with you". i sit back on the couch with June on my lap..i brush her hair while she plays with her teddy bear..when i stop touching her,she turns to me,taking off her pacifier  "Cari.."  "what did you say?"  "Cari.."  i raise my eyebrows...did she just call me Cari?i feel kisses on my cheek and all of a sudden i'm in a hospital bed with Shannon next to me "umm..June.."  "June?what is it with our daughter?"  she asks me and helps me sit..i look around and realize that it was just a dream  "nothing..i made a dream..she was so beautiful"  Shannon smiles  "you dreamed of her?"  "yes...it was so realistic..i was in our house and she was so big but small at the same time"  "how was she?"  "beautiful..i think she's gonna have your eyes"  "no,i think she'll have yours...and your hair hopefully"  "do you want to make a bet?"  "yes.i'll win"  i wrap my arms around her neck  "i don't think so..but if i'm gonna be right you have to give me that week alone with you..for wild sex"  i wink at her..she laughs and kisses me  "okay...i see you feel better"  "yes..can we go now?i miss our privacy"  a nurse comes in  "good morning miss Fletcher..in a few minutes,i'll take you the papers to sign so you can go"  she smiles and continues  "usually we don't allow family members to sleep in the same bed with patients but you are the cutest couple we've ever seen"  Shannon gets up, embarrassed  "i'm sorry..i..she...she can't sleep without me" the woman pats her shoulder  "don't worry honey.are you married?"  i answer while Shannon helps me get up  "no..but we're engaged..we're gonna get married after the baby will be born"  "you better marry this beauty..if i were younger i'd definitely try to take her away from you"  the nurse tells me..i laugh, looking at my adorable woman who's blushing  "i'm not going to leave her free neither for a minute"  "good...make other babies..you're both beautiful..the world needs people with your DNA.it's too bad that i won't see your baby"  Shannon wraps her arm around my shoulders, telling her  "i can give you my number"  "ooh..i think your fiancee might kill me" we laugh as she goes away. Shannon looks at me with a smirk  "i attract every kind of ladies"  "do you really believe this,don't you?"  i tell her  "yes...women love me"  "oh, so do i have to worry?"  she shrugs  "maybe..she flirted with me..i don't know..maybe when i'll come back to NYC i'll make a lil' stop here" i raise my eyebrow and grab her ear  "i don't mind if she's older..you won't come back here..alone.never."  she laughs wrapping her arms around my waist  "baby...you can't be jealous of an old lady"  i wrap my arms around her neck  "i can be whatever i want" we exchange an intense kiss..when we pull away, she looks me in the eyes  "you're definitely fine..if you have the energy to be horny,you're good"  i pull away from her hug  "i'm just defending my territory".

we came back to the hotel..Shannon's phone rings while she's in the shower so i pick it up  

C: hello?

Deb: Cari?hi baby

C: hi Deb..how are you?

D: i'm fine..Casey called me..how do you feel, Cari?

C: i'm good..i had the flu.they cured me

D: oh thank god..and the baby?

C: June is fine..now i have to rest..

D: pregnancy can be hard in some aspects..you wanna do things and live..you wanna take care of your significant other..but your body reminds you that you're carrying another life and you have to be careful
