so,yesterday was our babies' birthday.did you see Cari's performance on Jimmy Fallon?i'm so happy for her..here it is my gift for all of you, for their birthday.

I kiss her lips once more..then it's time to hug our friends and families.i reach my Capitol team  "congratulations Cari..it was so emotional"  Blythe tells,hugging me.then i hold Natalie  "i'm happy for you"  "thank you.it means a lot for me.also..you came with this girl!"  i tell her,pointing to Blythe  "yes..but..there's no chance for us..she loves men"  we giggle..then Blythe takes my hands  "Cari..at the end of this day you,your wife and your daughter will fly with a private jet to your honeymoon destination"  "what?"  they smile..then the green-eyed woman adds  "it's our gift"  winking her eye,leaving me with my mouth open  "are you serious?"  i turn around to find Shannon..she's talking with a woman..but...i don't know who that is..i change expression  "can you excuse me,girls?". i walk towards my wife  "Shannon..."  "umm,babe..she..she's Jen"  i raise my eyebrow  "nice to meet you,Jen.thank you for coming"  "it's a pleasure to meet you finally.i was very curious"  i force a smile..then i grab Shannon's arm  "can you come?". i cross my arms  "who's she?"  "umm,i met her in college"  "i know every single friend of yours"  she brushes her hair  "yeah..we've lost contact"  "Shannon..."  she sighs  "Cari,we just got married.do you wanna fight for an old friend?"  i give her a bad look..she gets closer,smiling  "you're so pretty..i'm still in shock"  i start giving up..and when her lips are placed on mine,i wrap my arms around ner neck  "now,let's celebrate.where's June?"  "with one of my cousins". we walk hand in hand towards the expectant crowd  "i know that my mother-in-law did an excellent job arranging the wedding..so,let's see what she planned for the party!"  my beautiful wife tells,drawing everyone's attention.we get in the big gazebo and my mouth is once again open wide..it's magical..the flowers Shannon chose..the decorations..the dancefloor..everything's so elegant.i look at Shannon who smiles  "do you like it,princess?"  "it's wonderful..". we reach the table.me and my wife sit with our bridesmaids and parents..i grab June  "where were you baby?did you have fun?"  she takes off her pacifier and starts mumbling..Shannon plays with her mouth,bothering the baby who raises her eyebrows and grabs her mom's thumb..Shannon laughs  "aw..what a strong baby..are we twin today,June?"  the baby burps..Shannon gives me a look  "did you feed her?"  "sure..i hope she won't fall asleep..i want pictures with her". the waiters start serving us and the dj starts playing the music.i look down at my hand..i'm a married woman..i have a beautiful daughter who's sucking her fingers,making me chuckling.. "June,baby..it's not okay"  i pull the pacifier into her mouth..she starts touching her hair..that's the signal she's fine. "okay,everybody,i have a lil' special guest here who wants to talk"  the dj stops the music..i look towards the dancefloor..then i turn to Shannon,smiling  "he's going to embarrass me"  i tell her,looking at my father with the microphone in his hands..Shannon holds my hand,making me smile at the contact with her ring. "so,i want to say a couple of things:today's a special day.i don't know how a man can get so lucky.in my life i witnessed true love,the birth of my two kids and my grandaughter..but then again,life is giving me another chance to witness a great love..and i'm beyond happy to see that the protagonist of this love story is my daughter."  i bite my lip,now i'm afraid of crying..i hold Shannon's hand tighter. "i'm so glad you're experiencing happiness and love with a special woman.you deserve this and much more..you're an amazing woman,Cari.and Shannon is the best option a father could wish.now,you're a mother,so you're learning what it means unconditional love..i learned that in the exact moment i saw you for the first time.i wish you all the best,girls.i love you". everybody applauds him..we stand up..i'm trying with all my strength to contain my tears..we hug him and i let a single tear escaping my eye..i can't ruin my makeup..not today. "okay,okay,people.since you're here,i thought it would be a great idea to make you dance,alone"  the dj tells us..my father takes June in his arms..i smile,hugging Shannon.. "someone told me that you,Cari,used to sing this song to Shannon..". Can't help falling in love starts and my heart beats faster,remembering our first times,our dates and how we fell in love.. "i love you"  she says,holding me tighter  "i love you too". she looks into my eyes and i fall in love even more  "how's possible?"  i ask her  "i don't know..but i feel the same.i love you everyday more and more".
