A: did she apologize?

C: yes...

A: well.it's not enough..she left you alone..pregnant

C: Alex,please.she got nervous because...because.. 

A: you don't even know why...she can't act like this..she was immature

i sigh loudly

C: she had her reasons..and i don't wanna fight with her anymore

A: well..in this case,don't come to me when she'll leave you alone again.

C: are you serious?

A: yeah..now,i gotta go.

she hangs up,leaving me speechless... Shannon looks at me  "what is wrong,baby?"  "me and Alex just had an argument"  "about?"  "umm..about you.."  "me?"  "yes..she thinks that i should be tougher with you.she can't see my point of view.i love you and i need you..i can't stay mad at you for every altercation"   she shrugs   "she wants to protect you"   i look at her with my mouth open   "now,are you taking her side?"  "no.i don't wanna see you like this..and i know that you love her,so..."  "i don't wanna hear these things right now...i wanna relax..can you take me on the terrace?"  "sure".

Shannon helps me laying on the deck chair.i put on my sunglasses and breathe,trying to relax   "do you want something,princess?"  "an orange juice,please"   she nods and walks away.

i hear her steps   "why did you take so long?"  "Cari..."   i turn to the right and jump a little...behind Shannon,there's Natalie   "oh..umm..hi"    i mumble   "hi Cari.John told me that you wanted to talk with me"  "yes."  "i'm going downstairs..the orange juices are coming"  my girlfriend tells us,i smile,blowing her a kiss.then i sit up   "no,stay there.i sit here"  Natalie says,sitting on a chair near me.we start talking..a few minutes later,Shannon arrives with the glasses   "here,for my princesses.and for Natalie"  "thank you,baby"   she leans down to kiss me.i'm glad she's not nervous for the presence of my art director.

fifteen minutes later

"Cari,are you here with me?"   Natalie asks me   "umm..sorry..i was distracted"  "oh..if it's a bad moment,i can come back-"  "no,no.it's nothing..i just fought with my best friend"  "i'm sorry.if you wanna talk,i'm here"    i raise my eyebrows in surprise   "it's that..she can't see my point of view"  "about what?"  "about Shannon.". i tell her everything..when i finish,she looks at my face..i can look into her eyes,with the sunglasses on,without being caught...they're green with a little light blue. "well,i think you're both right"    she says taking me back to the discussion   "for what's it worth,i think you're an intelligent woman.if you decided to act like that,you had your reasons"  "thank you, Natalie.but are you sure to be you?"    she chuckles   "hey,i'm a good girl...you have to give me time then you'll adore me"   i laugh and she opens her mouth   "i'm offended..you don't believe me"  "shut up.now,let's back to work."  "oh yes.so,are you excited for Undrunk?"  "i can't wait..but i'm also terrified.i have this big thing in my hands-"   she starts laughing   "Natalie!you're a dirty girl"  "i'm sorry,but i couldn't resist". Shannon reaches us   "hey,why are you laughing?"    she asks, sitting next to me   "nothing.this bitch is disgusting"  "hey,i'm not disgusting"    she says,wiping off the tears from her eyes  "by the way,your wife was telling me that she's terrified about the releasing of her single"   Shannon takes my hands   "hey baby...you don't have to worry about it..you're great.everything you do is awesome...look at this"   she says,putting her hand on the bump.Natalie stands up   "um,i gotta go.i have work to do"  "okay.thank you for coming"  "you're welcome.i'll call you"  she seems embarrassed like she doesn't know whether to kiss me or not..Shannon stands up too   "ok,bye"  she waves and i greet her back.well..maybe Natalie is not a bitch..today she was kind and funny.Shannon comes back..i caress her face  "you've been a good baby"   she raises her eyebrow   "yeah..but..i think she likes you"  "what..no.she doesn't like me at all..today was the first time she was gentle and all.."  "you're so blind,baby..she can't take her eyes off of you"  "nah.she's dating someone,i think"  "whatever.."  "Shannon,you think everyone hits on me"  "aaggghhh..because it's true, baby"   she says,laying next to me,placing an arm around my shoulders..i cuddle,breathing her scent   "people hit on you,too"   i tell her, she kisses my forehead   "yeah.we're hot"    i chuckle   "i don't wanna think about June's adolescence.you'll be so jealous"  "what are you talking about?June won't date anyone 'till thirty"  "Shannon..."   she looks at me and i take advantage to place a kiss on her lips. "she'll be beautiful"  "i know,she will look like you"   she replies, caressing me..i can hear her moaning slightly...she slides her hands on my hips..i smile,feeling her desire...i stroke her hair,looking into her gorgeous blue eyes   "i love you so much..and i love all of this..our life"   i tell her,she tightens her grip on me  "yeah...even though i'm shitting my pants for the birth"    i look at her    "you're the one scared for the birth?we're good then..."  "hey,my fiancee will give birth..i have the right to be afraid"  "aww,you're so empathic, babe"   i tell her, kissing her cheek.
