"Shhh" Ruby said pulling a finger on her lips to me as she snuck up on her sleeping stepmother, I watched from behind my scroll as she pounced on the woman making her groan and jolt awake.

"Oww" she said before looking down at the girl who was wagging her tail very quickly "shouldn't you be resting?" She asked leaning down and gently kissing the girl's bandage.

"Yang gave me stuff" she chirped as the woman sleepily rubbed her face.

"Alright" she grunted before pushing the happy teen off as I smiled letting the girl clamber onto my lap, stroking her back for a second before I continued to read my book.

"Meanie" Ruby pouted before leaning against me and resting her head against my chest. Her head was healing but it hurt her to hold it up for too long, can't blame her, the same thing happened with Blake and it was amusing to watch the faunas loap around crashing into things until Yang got her a helmet. But I don't think my sweet puppy will need that, she's careful with herself and I won't let her hurt her head again.

Though I watched as Raven rolled off my bed and onto the floor "ow" she grunted before dragging herself to her feet "I need to go get a shower, Summer will kill me if I wack up her nose" she sighed stretching "Sorry for stealing your bed" she grunted before wandering outside the dorm room, having to come back and grab her scroll before walking the other way.

"Talking about showers, you need one aswell" I said sniffing the girl in my lap's head, she looked up at me with a pout.

Though almost as soon as I dropped the nakid girl in the warm water she lashed her arms around and leg around like a frightened rabbit, splashing me with so much water I fear she might have flooded the bathroom, it took me two seconds to hold her down long enough for her to get used to the water. "Looks like you need a shower now too" she giggled looking at my drenched night gown.

"Well..." I just said before splashing her with water making her giggle louder, making me smile as she held onto my arm letting me wash her hair not even bothered that she's completely exsposed any more. I used to be bothered but that was a long time ago, and to be honest with this girl you forget quite a few things like that indecency is rude. "Up you come" I smiled pulling her out of the water turning away as she shook off some of the water but otherwise let me sit her down on a layed out towel while she dripped the liquid. I slowly moved to rub her dry before starting to brush her now very fluffy tail, well not like it's not fluffy every day, but this is like double the size that it is normally.

"Weiss" Ruby then suddenly said as I looked to her still brushing her tail.

"Yes? what is it pup?" I asked kindly, rubbing her back thinking she was cold.

"Aren't you sick of having to do this?" She asked a downcast look in her eyes as I paused in my brushing feeling her hand take hold of the brush as I looked to her confused.

"Doing what?" I asked monitoring what she was doing for any irregularities, I had to be a little careful where I stepped, she looks upset over something.

"Haveing to do this for me!" She cried as I realised what was bothering her I sighed sitting back and looking at her.

"Ruby ... you know why people do this for you" I said softly as she sniffled "and I don't mind, not at all" I said with a smile, rubbing her shoulder trying to cheer her up.

"But-"

"No buts, now shush" I said watching as she closed her mouth obediently "I've said it before and I'll say it as many times as I have to, i dont mind doing this, I love being with you even if your..." I said pointing to her naked body making her blush "so don't complain if I'm not bothered" I said cupping her face in my hands.
