"Ow! Why did you poke me in the eye!" I cried springing up out of bed and cradling the left side of my face

"You've been asleep for ever~" she whined her ears flopping back as she sat on my legs, I blinked a few times trying to get the feeling of finger out of my eye before looking down at where she was sitting.

"I have not been asleep forever" I retorted before then actually looking at the clock "Ok I've been asleep for three days, so maybe forever" I then corrected, bringing my hand up and caressing her flawless face.

"Yang said that you used up a lot of Aura" she chirped nuzzling up under my chin, her silky ears stroking my delicate skin. "Mummy also said that you can't fight for a few weeks, your aura is still really really low"

"Well, leaders orders" I smiled making her tail wag quickly side to side, a quick scratch behind the ear and I slid out from under my covers, slipping my feet into my slippers wiggling my toes through the chewed off end as I rapped a gown around my body concealing my transparent Peignoir*(1). "Come on my love, let's get something to drink" I cooed towards the little wolf, who's tail wagged before she attached her leg and bounced to my side dragging her blanket behind her like a second shadow. Her claws clicking against the hard wood before she stretched showing even more of her crocodile Pyjamas before she padded closer to my side.

We walked through the halls towards the student kitchen, the stolovaya*(2) would be open at this time of morning, but no drinks other then juice would be given, and you have to pay for it. Only so many student fall asleep with a wallet in their sleepwear, and I'm not one of them despite what many might think. "Weiss! Your awake!" Yang chirped rapping her arms around my shoulders before I shoved her away.

"Yes I am brute, that doesn't mean you can strangle me!" I growled watching as the blond pouted before rapping her sister up in a hug instead. The girl giggled reciprocating the hug with a strain since she was confined beneath the blond's arm, the poor young Faunas was simply too short to reach but her sister looked pleased with the outcome never the less.

"You've been asleep for three days, Ruby been pacing around the room for a really long time" Yang sighed, petting the girl's ears "You'r aura was really low, like almost non-existent, you shouldn't be up at all" she said giving me a "big sister" tone of voice.

"I'm perfectly able to take care of myself" I snapped back at the blond who just put up her hands defensively, while Ruby slipped out from under her arm and then started to try and climb the counter top.

"Sheesh what climbed up your butt" Yang said rubbing her shoulder like I just bit her, before I turned my attention back to Ruby, smiling and praising her when she cheered at her accomplishment on climbing on top of the counter.

"Alright, Ruby get the strawberry power" I instructed watching her salute and then start to rifle through the cupboards with the dedication of a blood hound, sniffing out the elusive tube in seconds and passing it to me before awaiting praise, which I happily provided. Feelinger the girl lean on my shoulder, looking over it while I measured out the pink dust into a thermal canteen filled with cold milk. "Shake" I smiled capping it off and watching as she vigorously started to shake it.

"Um are you sure that your ok?" Yang asked bringing a hand up to carefully pet Ruby's hair "Rubes, go give frosty a hug" she instructed while I worked to make my coffee, before Ruby practically slammed into me rubbing her head up against my shoulder.
