"Snow!" Ruby squealed bounding about and tripping on a small ledge, not making any attempt to catch herself as she fell face first into a mound of the white powder. Giggling like a mad man as she shook off the glittery material before bounding around again.

"Children" I just sighed walking forwards and diving into the snow pile myself, the girl springing around me happily. I chuckled grabbing the girl and pushing her over in the snow, letting her flick it up in the air and making her giggle even more. "Raaa!" I roared carefully hitting her in a playful manour as she giggled loudly returning it with her own bats.

"Do you have to roll about on the ground?" Jacques then asked, his face the picture of stoic annoyance.

"Yup" I smiled pointing at him with a smirk as Ruby used her back paws to flick snow onto me burrying me in the snow while she dug into it. "Oi, stop that you'll hurt your hands, no digging" I said pushing her away from her hole, but she just continued to dig despite the small nock I gave her.

"Could you at least try to look presentable?" Jacques asked as I looked at him, his preteen white suit... I smirked devilishly sitting up slightly before then grabbing onto the front of his waist coat. His face melding into shock as I pulled him down into the snow, maids, guards, and butlers gasping as he fell into the white powder.

"Could you at least have some fun? Be more like Ruby here ! Just for a day!" I laughed as he growled under his breath, the most powerful man in remnant covered head to toe in snow. He pushed himself up standing back up as he pulled out something from his pocket, my eyes widened when I heard the crack of glass as his light blue aura was pushed into his hand. I scrambled away slight as suddenly a pile of snow fell onto both Ruby and I. I wreasled with the icy confines before bursting free looking at the smug face of the most powerful man in remnant, as I huffed until Ruby burst through the snow next to me.

She was a giggling mess, her hair fur and clothes caked in the powderised ice "again!" She chanted as I reached behind her, hooking her hood and lifting her completely from the snow as I got up myself, having a lot less difficulty then she did as I dusted myself off.

"Follow, you two" Jacques sighed depositing a shattered vile of glass onto the ground, no regard for the person who has to pick it up. I huffed lifting Ruby over the broken glass as we followed, not much choice in the matter when the most powerful man in remnant asks you to do something.

"Cold"Ruby whined as I pulled her hood over her head, ruffling her head slightly making her huff. "Mean!" She complained pushing her hood up a little before shaking off some of the snow she was covered in. Letting me push her though the door with a careful pat on the back, too hard would hurt her, not to mention make her eat part of the floor.

"Does she always walk with you like that?" Jacque asked looking towards the girl who had a hand gripping onto my half destroyed weapon's halter, I only wore the thing to keep my skirt from falling down, but little Ruby took the opportunity to use it as a little handle, for her little hand.

"Of course, why wouldn't she?" I asked picking her hand off me and holding it instead, she walked we me at my side unlike how Mr Schnee's daughters walk with him. "Ruby's no trouble"

"Commoners" he muttered as I hit him on the back of the head. "Apologies" he then said as I nodded in approval, if I was Summer I don't think he would have ears left after she chews them off with her ranting.

"Ruby Ru, you getting sleepy?" I asked looking down towards the girl next to me, she was lagging a little behind, she stopped walking next to me and started to be almost dragged by me. I looked at her as Jacques stopped allowing time for me to crouch down and let the little wolf clamber onto her my back "where are we heading anyway?" I asked standing back up
