"Ugh, Summer stop" I groaned pushing away whatever was licking my face, though It came back some time later "Summer, stop" I grumbled again pushing away what I assume is her tail, since it's so furry.

"That's not Summer" someone else said as I open my eyes, watching a cat purr on my chest, I growled kicking the furred rat off.

"What happened? I think Ruby drugged me again" I mumbled pushing myself up and watching my young daughter, and my wife as they lay curled up at the end of the bed.

"She probably didn't, but she did shock you" Glynda smiled I just nodded slowly before pulling the covers over the two wolves, smiling when the two cuddled closer to eachother, Summer's tail curling about her young like a protective measure. "I do know what she did but she broke my fence, and your whole lawn is covered in petals" she said opening the curtains slightly for me to see the normally green landscape that was instead a blood red.

"Sounds about right, I'll talk to her when she wakes" i said flopping back down on what i recognise as not my bed, the room is way too bright, it has three windows! Three! That's too much natural light, I feel like my skin is going to sizle off like a vampire's. Summer would complain every day if she wakes up and it's too bright. "Do me a favour and close though curtains, I don't feel like having Summer and Ruby whining every two seconds about it being too bright"

"You do know, a little natural light could do you some good" Glynda sighed drawing all the curtains as the room darkened into a shady stait, good enough I assume.

"Yes I know all that, but these two have sensitive eyes" I said motioning to the sleeping dog pile, pun intended, "and if they wake up and it's too bright for them, I will never hear the end of it" I growled slipping out of the spare bed "and I'll rebuild your fence, but after I've sorted out whatever happened with this one" I said motioning to the small wolf.

"What even happened? All I saw was that blasted Horse of yours running away, and a gaping hole in my fence"

"Honestly? I don't know, I scared them and they both went running like usual but then something weird happened with Ruby's semblance"

"How was it weird? Isn't her semblance already developing into it's final form?"

"Well yeah, but it was like she couldn't control it" I sighed running my fingers through my hair, before I heard a small yawn. I smiled turning my attention away from the headmistress and towards the now groaning grumbling pile of faunas "Well good morning" I smiled towards the two.

"Stuff it" Summer huffed kicking me in the stomach.

"You wound me, littraly" I groaned holding my stomach "Ruby?" I tried as the young wiggled about before then wriggling close to me "see, at least one of you doesn't kick me" I smiled rubbing the girl before she then gripped onto my arm.

with her claws

I practically yelped as I carefully picked and pulled her sharpened nails out of my flesh "but you do scrach" I groaned, watching blood roll down my arm before my aura pulled my skin together and stitched it back up like nothing hapened. While Ruby acted like nothing happened and just continued her wriggling as she looked insufferably cute doing so."now I see, your only being so buddy buddy with me because your cold" I smiled rapping an arm around her and drawing her close.

"Ahem, I thought you said you where going to talk to her about what in the world happened three hours ago?" Glynda interrupted as I sighed looking down at the girl, who bearly bothered to look at me, I just could see one of her eyes shining at me from beneath the dark red and black fabric of my shirt. I wormed my hands under her arm and lifted her from where she dug herself into, sitting her down so she could achally focus on me and not just my shirt.
