Why did Patton go to this stupid party?
Why had Patton drink that bitter alcohol?
Why did Patton play that stupid game of seven minutes in heaven?
The answer was the same for. All. Three. Questions. Peer pressure. Thanks to peer pressure, he was in a closet with his crush and Patton was excepted to kiss him then walk out like it was no big deal. IT WAS A BIG DEAL. At least, to him. Especially since it'd be his first kiss. "Are you alright, Patton? You're awfully quiet..." God, his voice.
Patton could listen to it for hours. His voice was soft and quiet, most contrasting to his normal one, and his slight Koren accent made Patton go crazy. "Y-yeah, I just..." He cursed himself for stuttering, shuddering at the romantic tension. "I can't see anything." Almost immediately, the light came on. Patton looked up, not even realizing he was staring at the floor in the first place.
Logan was loosely holding a string attached to the light on the ceiling that he had obviously used to turn it on. He had a neutral expression on his face, completely unfazed by the romantic atmosphere. Patton felt his cheeks grow a crimson colour at seeing the intellectual in this type of situation, his gorgeous face perfectly framed by the orange glow of the light.
Logan let go of the string, folding his arms across his chest. "Um... it's too brig-" Patton decided he preferred the pitch black abyss over being being able to see. Before he could pull the string down to turn the light off, Logan grabbed his hand. Patton felt his cheeks heat up even more. "Patton, we don't have to do anything. We can just... talk."
Patton nodded, letting out a sigh of relief. Of course Patton liked Logan but he didn't want to reveal that because of this stupid game. Logan sat down with his legs crossed, back leaning against the wall. "What do you want to talk about?" Patton sat down next to the other boy. He pulled his knees up to his chest, hugging them to his chest in an insecure fashion.
"We could talk about what we're going to tell them when we get out of here..." Patton laughed bitterly, he knew what was excepted from them. He was trying to stay positive but since he was an emotional person and was a teenager, he was the equivalent of a girl on her period. "We could tell them we made out." Logan also knew of peer pressure of their situation, he was just better at hiding it.
Patton blushed a crimson red, almost as much as he did when they went in the closet in the first place. He laughed at the out of nowhere hilarity of this entire situation. "You could mess your hair up." Logan smiled in a strange sort of half way. "You would have walk out with a goofy grin on your face." Patton made the goofiest grin possible while Logan chuckled.
Patton could've listened to that laugh all his life and never get sick of it. "You also could change your shirt." Patton blushed again, silently hoping it wasn't obvious. He quickly diverted the attention off of himself. "S-so could you." Logan narrowed his eyes suddenly, his face serious and voice monotone. "Don't push it." Patton giggled unconsciously. "Okay."
The two sat in comfortable silence for a while before Logan turned to him with a closed smile on his face, the most genuine Patton had seem anyone wear. "You're a really nice guy, Patton." Patton groaned slightly under his breath. Logan gave him a confused look. "What seems to the matter, Patton?" Patton leaned his head back and let go of one of his legs.
"You know as well as I do that's not good. Guys aren't supposed to be nice or emotional or anything considered girly, they're supposed to be tough and good kissers." Patton didn't believe that in the slightest. Gender roles sucked, one of the only things he really despised with a passion. Patton crossed his arms, he was getting moody, again.
Why was he selfish enough to get mood swings when he knew Logan would feel uncomfortable?
That notion made Patton even more upset, to the point where there were now tears brimming in his eyes. Then he got the thought again. The cycle continued for a few seconds before Logan gently rested his fist under Patton's chin, drowning all fears or thoughts from the upset teen. He guided Patton's gaze to his own, unreadable expression present on his face.
"How are you supposed to be a good kisser... if you have never kissed anyone?" That... was a good point actually. Patton opened his mouth to say something but he was so lost in Logan's chocolate eyes, the words just wouldn't come out. Logan leaned a little closer, glancing to Patton's lips then back to his eyes. "May I?" Patton nodded, still unable to speak.
Logan hesitantly brought Patton's lips to his own. It was magical, sparks running down both boy's spines. Technically, they weren't kissing, just kind of sitting there with their lips touching but it was perfect. Blissful. Nothing could ruin that moment.
Then someone opened the door.

878 words.
This was based on Boy meets world. Honestly, I can't stop imagining Logan as Topanga and Patton as Cory. They didn't actually kiss in the scene so I added it to the end. Also CONSENT YAY! I'm actually quite proud of this except for the weird end bit.
Also, I'm going to have change some parts of the schedule because, turns out, we're going home from vacation early then I thought. (Which is annoying but whatev)
Also, also, I'm like over 3/4 to 2k. I'm probably going to draw a new cover, the anatomy in the current one is annoying me so much.
