Quick authors note: I'm combining these two since they have similar meanings. Ply stands for polysexual and it means the same as pan does, attraction to multiple genders, but it's a little different. It's not regardless of gender like pan, they recognize it I guess? Omni means the same according to google.

Logan considered himself a pretty accepting person so he had no idea why he stared at Patton's new boyfriend with such hatred. He worried, was he homophobic, at least unconsciously? No, he was just annoyed that his peaceful reading time for such a mundane introduction.
Then when Patton had broke up with the man and found a nonbinary to date instead. They politely asked to be referred to as they or them. Boy, Logan didn't like them though he had no idea why.
He tried to brush off both situations as a reflex from his strict and discriminative upbringing.
It was only when Patton brought home a women and he still glared as angrily did Logan realize that his childhood or subconscious homophobia had nothing to do with it.
But if not that, then what?
Logan sat at his desk, perplexed by his dilemma. His mind wandered to many explanations for his own peculiar behavior but none of made much sense. He couldn't understand why he had been so aggressive with people who, in all honesty, weren't horrible people. The only constant variable was that they were all Patton's signficant other at the time they were introduced to Logan.
