Joe and Dianne: Oneshots

Will they admit their feelings?

Joe and Dianne has been flirting around each other for weeks. There was looks between them and near kisses but neither of them where willing to admit to each other that they liked them. They had been getting closer and closer as the weeks of Strictly went pass and spent nearly all there time together. They used the excuse that Joe's house was nearer when she started staying round his after training. They spent all day laughing together in training and would go back to his have dinner and snuggle up on the sofa. When she starting sleeping in his bed with him they said it was because it was more comfortable then her sleeping on the sofa and it became normal for them to wake up either spooning or with her head on his chest.

It got to week 5 in the competition before the other celebs and pros staring to notice how close they where. If anyone mentioned anything to them they would just say that they where really good friends. This week they where doing the waltz. It was such a romantic dance and it wasn't helping either of them with their feelings for each other. The training was going really well and they both absolutely loved this dance and the song they where dancing to. It got to the third day of training and Zoe came in to visit them. As she walked in they where sat on the sofa his arm wrapped around her looking at the clips of the waltz that they had recorded from that day. Zoe couldn't help but notice how close they where and how happy they both looked. When they saw her they both jumped up and walked over and gave her a hug. Zoe handed over some treats that she had bought in for them and asked if she could see the dance. Zoe watched the dance thinking how beautiful they looked when they danced together. They got to the end of the dance and where sitting on the log staring into each other's eyes. Zoe made a noise to get their attention and they both turned towards her a blush appearing on both of there faces. They got up and moved away from each other Dianne saying she needed to use the toilet. The minute Dianne left the room Zoe started questioning Joe on what was going on between him and Dianne.  She had never seen him this happy. He denied that they where more then friends but she new differently. She decided that she would have to show him that she was more then that to him.

It got to Saturday and Dianne and Joe where getting ready to perform their waltz on live tv. As normal Joe was feeling nervous but Dianne managed to calm him down with a pep talk and a hug placing a kiss on his cheek. There dance went brilliantly and they got great comments and scores from the judges and then made their way backstage. When they made it to the next round neither of them could have been more happy and Dianne jumped straight into Joe's arm and Joe giving her a massive hug. They made there way back to Joe's dressing room both getting changed ready to go to the after party. Once they where changed they went out front to meet Zoe who had come to this week of Strictly with one of her friends. Once they got to the after party Joe and Dianne made their way over to the bar getting drinks for everyone. Whilst they where there Zoe made sure her friend(Liam) knew the plan for tonight. He was to flirt with Dianne in front of Joe in the hopes that it would make Joe jealous and he would admit to his feelings for Dianne.

Zoe could see her plan working. Liam has been speaking non stop to Dianne all night and she could see the green eye monster in Joe as he stood and watched them not taking his eyes off of Dianne. The last straw came for Joe when Liam reaches forward and tucked a piece of Dianne's hair behind her ear. Before he knew what he was doing he was marching over to the pair pulling Dianne away from him, wrapping his arms around her waist and was passionately kissing her. For that minute both of their world's stood still, this was a perfect moment. When they pulled apart they rested there heads against each other staring into each other's eyes until they heard the commotion around them. They both turned to have a look around them and both turned red as they noticed all the cast and crew as well as Zoe and Liam staring at them. Joe took Dianne's hand and walked them outside sitting down on a bench draping his arm over her shoulder her snuggled up into his side. He placed soft kisses on the side of her head as they just sat there for a few minutes in comfortable silence.

Joe decided he had to be honest with her and just tell her the truth. He told her how he had started to develop feelings for her from the moment he saw her. He said she was beautiful inside and out and had a brilliant sense of humour and that was what he loved about her. He turned towards her and looked into her eyes as he said 'I love you Dianne.' Dianne couldn't stop the grin that spread across her face as she said 'I love you too.' Joe lent forward giving her a passionate kiss. They broke about a few minutes later in need of air before they once again kissed. After a while they decided they should head back into the party as everyone would wonder where they had gone. Joe got up entwining his and Dianne's hands and made there back back inside. They walked over to Zoe and she asked if everything was alright with them and they told her they where together now. Zoe turned towards her friends and gave him a high five saying that there plan had worked. Joe and Dianne looked at the pair of them working out what they did as the all burst into laughter.
