Joe and Dianne: Oneshots

This Morning

Joe's POV

Today we where going on This Morning. We where going on it to talk about the competition and what it's like being one week away from the final. I was looking forward to being on the show the only thing that was worrying me was missing out on training time. We had two dances this week so we needed as much time as we could in the training room. We where currently in hair and makeup at This Morning studios and we where due on the show in half an hour. Once we where ready we where shown to the sofa and introduced to Phil and Rochelle who would be interviewing us. I was always nervous when talking on live tv incase I said the wrong thing. Once the interview got going I calmed down and was able to answer all the questions they asked without embarrassing myself. It was getting towards the end of the interview and I thought we had got off scot free and weren't going to be asked any personal questions about our relationships. The minute Rochelle said 'bring back the old romance', I could see where the next question was going to go. When Phil asked about our relationship I found myself not wanting to deny it. I knew we weren't allowed to tell the public about our relationship until the show had finished but I was head over heels in love with this girl and I didn't want to do our relationship a discreet by lying about it. 'We haven't got time to think about anything like that, we are to busy dancing' I said. That way I wasn't confirming it or denying it. I looked up and could see Phil on the edge of his seat looking at us expectantly like he wasn't going to take that for an answer. 'So is that a no' he asked. I decided to just give the same answer as I did before. they started to laugh and I knew they didn't believe me but I didn't care. The interview came to an end and we said bye before making our way into the dressing room we had used. The minute we got in there I turned to look at Dianne and said 'I'm sorry I just couldn't deny it. I know we can't announce it till after the competition but I don't want to lie about our relationship. You mean to much to me to do that.'

Dianne's POV

We had just finished our interview on This Morning and as we walked back to the dressing room I could see that Joe was a little nervous. I had no idea why because the interview had finished and he had answered all the questions fine. The minute we got into the dressing room Joe turned to look at me and said 'I'm sorry I just couldn't deny it. I know we can't announce it till after the competition but I don't want to lie about our relationship. You mean to much to me to do that.' I thought it was so sweet and lent forward and placed a kiss on his lips. Pulling back I had a smile on my face and said 'I know they didn't believe you out there, but we didn't confirm it so we aren't breaking any rules. Don't worry about it Joe. I love you so much let them think what they want, the competition finishes in a week and a bit anyway and then we can let the world know.' Joe smiles at me and said 'I can't wait. I hate having to keep you secret from the world I want everyone to know that I am in love with the best person in the world.' I lent forward and placed another kiss on his lips. I pulled back and said 'come on then time to get back to the studio. These two dances aren't going to perfect themselves.'
