Joe and Dianne: Oneshots

In The Pan incident

Dianne's POV

We where filming another episode of In The Pan and this week we where making the spiciest curry you could buy in a restaurant. It was all going really well and I off course added more chillies then it said. Once the meal was ready we plated it up and then it was time for us to try it. We both tried a bite of it and it was really hot. I had a couple more bites and then decided to put a chilli on my next bit. I placed it in my mouth and a couple of seconds later I realised it was stuck in my throat. I tried to cough but I couldn't and I started to panic. Joe looked towards me and said 'are you okay.' I quickly shook my head saying no. Joe jumped off the chair really quickly and patted me hard on the back. The piece of chilli came flying out of my mouth and landed the other side of the breakfast unit as I started coughing. I started breathing heavily as Joe handed me a glass of water. I took a couple of gulps of it as my breathing returned to normal. I looked to the side at Joe and could see the panicky look on his face. 'I'm alright' I said. 'Are you sure' he replied with a shake to his voice. 'I'm fine now I promise.' He moved closer to me wrapping his arms around my waist.

Joe's POV

We where eating the curry we had made when I heard Dianne choking. I turned to look her and saw her struggling to breath. I asked her if she was okay and she nodded her head saying no. I felt myself start to panic as I stood up and hit her on the back. The piece of chilli came flying out of her mouth and she started to cough breathing heavily. Oh god I thought to myself holding my hand to my chest. I got Dianne a glass of water and then walked back over to her. I handed it to her and she drank half of it quite quickly. Dianne turned to look at me and I looked her up and down making sure she was okay. She frightened me so much when she started choking. Once she had reassured me she was alright I gathered her in my arms giving her a hug. I bought one of my hands up to her hair gently stroking it. 'I love you so much. You scared me so much I don't know what I would do without you' I said. 'I love you too' she said. I took her hand and walked us over to the sofa sitting down on it and dragging her down onto my lap. I wrapped my arms around her again feeling happy that she was safe in my arms.
